Love that last an eternity
Sparks flew the minute they saw each other. Feelings were that strong. Once they laid eyes on each other- they couldn't take them off, literally. In the first night's time they were passionately involved and within a month Gayle Norman and Brent McCauley were married. Even others that came in contact of them said they were made for each other. But then the nightmares began. Gayle started having violent dreams that she could not explain. Concerned, Brent convinced her to go to a psychologist to talk things out. In the meantime, they move into a farm house that Brent inherits and stranger things start to happen. Brent starts acting like another person. It is going to take someone stronger than a psychologist to get to the bottom of what's going on- a parapsychologist. Could Gayle and Brent have possibly known each other before now? In another life time? Could the love they share be so strong that it is still searching 200 years later? From the Revolutionary War until now? It's a good book, fast-paced, page-turner- we all hope we could experience a love relationship like these two experience! Enjoy it!
Love knows no boundaries
Two lovers who are meant to be together thru every century. A betrayal that destroys that love or was it. Gayle and Brent knew they were meant to be together after that first touch. Married within a month, their lives looked to be perfect. Gayle started having vivid dreams of a long ago past and Brent changes into a revolutionary man who wife is a cheat whom he can't trust. Watch how Gayle and Brent learn the secrets of the past to bring harmony into their lives or end it.
The sexual tension is palpable...AWESOME!!!
This book was great...it is fast paced-a sure page turner. The story line is wonderful, and touches upon interesting subjects. I loved the way the past lives are intertwined with the present, and the idea that a love strong enough can transcend beyond death....The book was truly wonderful...GREAT!!!!

devastating laser wit, femme fatale, gin
With his first published novel, Rich gives us his mercenary view of the future. Darkly creative. Imaginative and round characters. Effective plot. Booze. Rich's now almost-standard slinky seductress with a bullet size conscious. Magnesium heart. A Bad for you woman and imminently desireable.
Plot suitably dynamic. Character driven. The action, based no doubt on Rich's stint as a US Army Ranger and veteran of that hellbroth, Grenada, bursts across the pages like tracer fire into a pitiless darkness. Overall, a seething work of force that will force you to ponder the future relationship between man and machine . . . and slinky femmes fatales wielding hearts of heavy metal.
Modern noir at it's best
Marlowe on amphetamines. The entire series is consistantly good and quite addictive. The action never lets up and the flippant repartee is a pleasure to read. Buy one and you'll buy them all. One rarely sees this combination of gunplay and intelligence.

A book from my heart
As author of Child of Grace, I am very proud of the Christian message my first Women's Christian Fiction brings to Christian readers. I am the mother of three sons, and I've often wondered what our family--or more specifically what I would do if the worst happened to a daughter. A violent act committed, which resulted in the woman having to make some very tough choices. I wrote Child of Grace to help ( if even one victim) to make those choices if they felt scared and alone) I hope my readers will read and form their own opinions about Child of Grace keeping in mind reviewers tastes vary, just like readers.
child of grace
I enjoyed Child of Grace very much. I was touched by the story and applaud this talented author's ability to make the reader care about the characters. The book was entertaining, uplifting, and inspirational--which is exactly what I hoped it would be. Brava to Ms. Copeland and may she keep up the good work!

Just can't stretch my suspension of disbelief that far...
After reading the latest Jan Karon Mitford novel (In This Mountain) I wanted more about God, small towns and interesting people. So I turned to this, the first in the Heavenly Daze series. Sadly, it'll likely be the last for me. If you've read the other reviews you'll know it's about a village in Maine whose residents are aided by angels. Well, for me the concept just didn't come together. The main stories -- Anne and Olympia De Cuvier's struggle to get along and pastor Winslow Wickam' insecurity about his lack of hair and charisma -- work really well as plotlines. Tossing the angels into it turns the book into a silly Disney movie-of-the-week. In the end, I found them annoying intrusions that zapped the credibility of the main stories. And then there's the stuff about Tallulah the dog. It could have been chopped right out and I wouldn't have noticed. Oh well. I'm glad others have enjoyed this series so much.
Endearing and charming
Hi, I just finished "The Island of Heavenly Daze." I just had to write and say how much I enjoyed this wonderful book. The characters are all so endearing. I love the guardian angels. I'm glad I just discovered the book, because now I won't have to wait long for the next one! Keep them coming! I could read about these folks for years.
Mayberry in Maine
A delightful read! You'll find yourself laughing out loud at these different characters living on the island of Heavenly Daze. A refreshing approach to teaching us how God works in our lives no matter what our personality. Lori Copeland and Angela Hunt have hit a home run with this series! Can't wait to see what these charming people will get into next!

Dynamic!
I have very little time to read and this book I read in 2 days! The way Lori Copeland wrote this book, you feel like you are standing right there in Deliverence, Texas looking at the whole scene. I felt captivated by the all of the characters. When they experienced joy or sorrow, I also felt it. While reading this book you will cry alot. Mostly because you are laughing so hard! "Faith" is a perfect title to this book. The main character, who is Faith, has the most innocent faith in God. Almost a child's faith. We all need to experience that. I have already recommended this book to friends and want everyone to know, this book is well worth your time to read it! You will walk away feeling refreshed and joyful! God Bless!
The Best book in the world!
"Faith" by Lori Copeland is the best book. It was my mom's book and I decided to read it. Now I am starting on "Hope." I Find it interesting and hard to beilve that Nicolas (Faiths Husband to be) Came to love so well and call her those little names like Darlin' and Sweetheartand all those other names. I think I like the story because it showed a two people that just met falling in love in two or three months and missing each other so much, i also like it because Faith has her own opinion and is outspoken and won't let anyone sway her from her thoughts. People who have not read this book... READ IT! ...
Wonderful!
This tale of love, adventure, and true faith, had me rivited to this book. I read it in 1 day. Could not put it down. I am looking forward to reading the next one.

Not quite as good as FAITH
I was a little disappointed that JUNE wasn't as hilarious as FAITH. However, it still has the quality you will expect from Lori Copeland. It is a story of trusting God, even when things don't quite go as you planned. JUNE is a well-written love story that will be hard to put down till you've read it all.
Romantic love story
I loved this book because it gave me much more than I had expected. The story is lighthearted. The characters are full of faith in God. June and Parker express their feelings without a tint of lust. There are some adventurous and exciting scenes as well. Secondary characters are never omitted. They take their parts well in the story. I suggest that you read this one and you will start to love Christian romance.
Simply cannot wait to read HOPE
Just finished JUNE and it's impossible to say how refreshing it is to find a Christian love story that says exactly what I feel about a certain 16 year old man in my youth group! Keep on writing and inspiring!

Spunky tomboy doesn't know her place
Glory, an orphan of sorts herself, flees a disagreeable home and town, only to find she really doesn't fit in much anyplace. After Poppy dies, she is sought by wicked Uncle Amos. Fleeing, she has to defend her virtue, bearing the guilt of what she left behind. If there is anything wagon master Lincoln does not need, it is another girl to have to care for and transport to his final destination. Stubborn, unlearned and unkempt, Glory is determined to make it on her own. Mystery, action and romance happen in spite of Glory, certainly not because of her.
Copeland's "Glory" Packed With Adventure & Romance
After the wonderful story of "Hope" I tore into "Glory" like a hungry wolf tears into its prey. Glory, a sheltered mountain girl, is forced to build a life on her own after her Poppy dies. With a bagful of gold and no change of clothes, she sets out in search of a new life. Far too naive for the cold world before her, she ends up on the run from a greedy uncle who wants her gold -- and who will kill her to get it. When she manages to latch on (however unwillingly) to a wagonneer named Jackson and a group of teenaged mail order brides, things REALLY get interesting. In her travels and adventures, Glory grows into a beautiful young woman with an unshakeable faith -- but will her faith be enough to win the heart of the handsome wagonneer? Copeland's "Glory" was glorious. This one's a MUST READ.
Young Readers
GREAT FOR YOUNG READERS, I have read all of the Brides series. This one was wonderful. P L E A S E write more books like this.

What a hoot!
I have enjoyed each book in the Heavenly Daze series, but I absolutely howled at Edith's weight loss dilemma. There is a minute amount of women on earth who do NOT fight the battle of the bulge, but like most of us, there are 5 to 10 pounds now and then that challenge us to yield to self-control. And that challenge can become absolutely hysterical in hindsight. I maintain God has a flat forehead from smacking it so many times over the many ways we mortals try our "quick fixes".
You have us on the edge of our seats eagerly anticipating the next month in the lives of these blessedly imperfect people. The message of God's intimate participation in each person's life comes across so beautifully in this series without being "preachy", and we your readers take great delight in that.
The people in this series feel like "kin", like I personally know them and have known them all my life.

Ready for another one!
I just finshed Hearts at Home and have just one question: WHEN WILL THE NEXT BOOK BE READY?! I can't wait for it. I am really beginning to wonder if the authors have a spy camera in my house. Edith's dieting sounds just like mine! I love seeing Dr. Marc and Annie together. Mourned the loss of Olympia and cried while I read about the wedding.
I love these books!
I just received my copy of Hearts at Home late yesterday in the mail, began it last night and just finished it already (boo hoo hoo!)! I have thoroughly enjoyed this series of stories about Heavenly Daze.
I cannot quite explain it, but when I read these books, I felt calm and relaxed, which is something I don't feel often. Often, I am anxious and worried, but these stories have an overwhelming power of relaxation and healing over me. Simply put, they make me smile and sometimes choke up and sometimes I laugh out loud!

A little boring
A mediocre work barely even worth commenting on. Anne-Marie is a little annoying and not too terribly bright.
Absolutely excellent
I read this book in 4 days. It was funny, charming, and absolutely excellent. I would read this book more than once. Definitely one of the best I've read from Lori Copeland. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did.

A Timeless Story
The story starts during Medievel times and ending in the present day. All the stories revolve around this one book, a love story written when books were rare and costly. This book brings couples together...they love the love story. Some of the stories don't flow as well as others. hence only the four stars. Overall a really wonderful book, makes you laugh and it makes you cry.
