Small book filled with big meaningful bits re: Friendships
This is indeed a very small treasure book made up of pieces taken from other H. Jackson Brown, Jr.'s Little Books of Instruction. The quotes, verses, and scriptures are meaningful, and thought provoking . They are also qreat to use on private cards, letters, and encouragements fo friends. It can make you take a whole new look at your relationships with people and wonder if they are friends or merely acquaintances.
Also makes a great little thinking of you gift for a friend instead of an expensive care that says far less.

Thought provoking!
This book was a gift from my husband and a true "treasure". There us alot of things in it to make one think about their relationship. It also affirms the way my husband and I view marriage. We are so thrilled with this little"treasure", we are going to use it as a gift for couples we give pre-marriage instruction to.

A real treasure for parents or anyone that loves children!
My husband and I received this book when we were expecting our first child. I was touched by the little phrases and wisdom contained in this little book. It has been prominently displayed in our bedroom ever since, and we take the time to read it over and over again. It contains common sense advice, (like "read to your children", "listen to your children"), as well as thought provoking comments (like "If you want your children to turn out well, spend twice as much time with them and half as much money."). We truly love this book, especially now that we have two children. It will make you smile. It's timeless and it is a "little treasure book". I highly recommend it!

Great gift to give or get
H. Jackson Brown's books are great! I received this one a gift a while back, and give this and the others to good friends and family every once in a while. They can be read over and over again and don't lose their charm. I keep a couple of them on my nightstand.

Peanut Butter for the soul
I liked this harmless collection of misguided children's ramblings, but I think we heard far too much from Crunchy. I would have liked to have heard some more from Smooth, and I noticed, with alarm, that in this edition there were no submissions from Smooth with Chocolate Whirls.
Great fun, charming, and absolutely hilarious at times!
Two thumbs up for the Peanut Butter Gang! This book is both truthful and wise, and it could only come from the innocent hearts and minds of children. Some of the quotes are hilarious, and some are incredibly touching. I'd recommend this book to anyone needing a smile or even just a quick laugh now and again.
Out of the mouths of babes
As one who is always looking for insightful books and spiritual quotations, I happened upon the Peanut Butter Gang and was truly delighted. Each quote comes from the heart of those who are not yet jaded and hopefully, will never be. This book is a great reminder that life is much easier to focus on in simplistic tones. A true joy, this is one title I plan on buying for all of my friends and family.

Three out of five pieces of advice are pretty good. . .
Kind of the country approach to Managerial Buzzwords & Phrases. On the average 3 out of 5 of the quotes are OK, the other 2 are off the wall.
It's probably too late to get this now that 2002 is in play.

Cute, but short.
This is a cute little book. It gives wonderful advice and is fun to read. The only problem is that it'll only take you, at the most, half an hour to read. There are nice quotes and interesting suggestions in this book.
It's just a cute book with sweet quotes!
I have had it for years now, and it is a very cute and romantic book. It has sweet quotes you'll want to share with your loved one.
