Read this book. It gives great insight to the late 1950's and lays a foundation for how the far left got their start in America. This book was written in the late-50's, but is very relevant even today.

Excellent treatise that was the documentation of the founding meeting of the organization known as The John Birch Society. Clear and concise discussion of the history of the world and the conspiracy which seeks to enslave mankind. Must reading for any real patriot and friend of the United States Constitution.

If you love truth and are not afraid of the facts concerning the United States government today, then read this book! Robert Welch was a brillent man and great American Patriot who possessed the ability to see things within the U.S. political institution as "they really are" and not as most selfish politicians would have you believe. This book opened my eyes to "a whole new world" and answered many of my questions concerning the problems within our government today. Read it!

Dr. Birch's newest book contains hundreds of catchy limericks, cute quotations and very clever illustrations (done by the author himself) that offer the reader hours of continuous enjoyment and amusement. Warning, this book is not for the conservative crowd! However, it has great appeal for bedroom or bathroom reading or for party time fun. Reading this book is money and time well spent...if you want to add some novelty and humor to your life.

Containing lots and lots of limericks, along with a vast amount of trivia, facts, stories and tales, this book will provide enjoyment for any adult who appreciates humorous tales, fun facts, and bawdy limericks. (There are even a few clean limericks thrown in, for good measure!) It provided me with many chuckles, and enlightened me to some interesting facts I had not been aware of previously. If you like limericks and enjoy laughing at the humorous side of human sexuality, you will enjoy this book.

I couldn't believe all the interesting, educational and fun stuff that was packed into this book, and at such a reasonable price. The limericks were great and I even found myself laughing at the clean ones. I would highly recommend this book to any adult who likes dirty limericks, sexual information, and fascinating sexy trivia.

The account of John Birch's life is a great testimony of God's power today and how God can use individuals to accomplish His will. John Birch was a Baptist from Georgia and he was killed by Communists in China where he worked for the US Army and also started missionary work. John Birch is a great role model for a Christian, and for all those who desire integrity, character, strength and honor in a man's life. In fact, this book has led me to join a Baptist church in Tennessee since John Birch was strong for the Lord and he was a good Baptist. It is so revealing and amazing to read the letters he wrote shortly before his sacrificial death. This book is heartily recommended. The only flaw about the book is that the author seems not to be a faithful Christian because he expresses belief in evolution and does not focus on John Birch's life of faith, and his relationship to the Lord's church. But the words and actions of the missionary John Birch speak louder than the author's opinions and views.

In April, 1942, the Rev. Birch, Baptist missionary, was eating supper somewhere in China, and was approached to aid the crews of the Doolittle Raiders to safety from behind enemy lines. He volunteered for military service as a chaplain at that time. He was approached by Gen. Claire Chennault of the American Volunteer Group (Flying Tigers) who had other ideas. Rev. Birch was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant on July 4, 1942 and served the remainder of the war as an intelligence officer, but preached whenever he could. Ten days after the cessation of hostilities, August, 1945, by then a Captain, John Birch was brutally murdered by Chinese Communists of Mao Tse Tung's 9th Route Army.

This book tackled a delicate subject with masterful artistry. The authors put together a mosaic of information to reveal the often hidden bigger picture. A great read beckoning you to further explore your inner self. I would recommend this piece of literature for men and women alike.

My therapist gave me this book to read. Although I do not generally have trouble reaching orgasm, this book helped me become more familiar and comfortable with my body. It is a helpful guide for enjoying sex and hopefully reaching orgasm, although it stresses the importance of finding pleasure in "the journey" and not just staying focused on "the goal". It gives detailed information on masturbation, cunnilingus, vibrators, etc. The authors have rated (with stars) various sexual postions based on the likelihood for reaching orgasm in that position. This book is full of helpful information, but most reassuring to me was understanding there is no one right way to go about having and enjoying sex.

My husband and I found this book easy to read, packed with interesting information, and quite helpful. After five years of frustration, I was finally able to orgasm with my husband, and I think it helped that we both read the book. We knew what to try and what to expect, and the book helped us talk more openly about our sexuality. I would recommend the book to any woman or couple who might have concerns about orgasms (or the absence of them). I also appreciate the fact that the authors included information for aging women and women with physical disabilities. This was very thoughtful of them.

Finally here: A can't-put-down who-done-it thriller that is filled with graphic "sizzling hot" images, credible lifelike situations, and interesting characters described in realistic case-study features, which creates captivating introductions as the story unfolds.

The author, Robert Birch, is a psychologist and marital/sex therapist, yet he smoothly combines his professional talent with his gift of storytelling in this racy first full-length novel. The reader becomes intimately acquainted with each character, perhaps due to Birch's case-study style of introductions (which is always an interesting read; right?) -- although just when you think you know all the juicy (and sexy!) details on everyone, Wham!! The culprit of the crime is a definite surprise...which is what a successful mystery is all about.

Fellow readers: sit tight, fasten your seatbelts, and pay attention...this is a fun ride! Highly recommended -- but also not for the squeamish: Robert Birch utilizes his knowledge as a sex therapist throughout the book and few people will walk away from this read without learning a thing or two...or three. Fun, fun, fun!!

Mr. Robert Birch, do we get an encore?

In "Settling the Score," author Birch does a nice job of weaving erotic fiction with a complex and tightly-knit murder mystery plot. In too many erotic novels, the sex is gratuitous and the plot merely a lame excuse for the sex scenes. In "Settling the Score," though, Birch, a sex therapist, not only has his characters linked by their varied and realistic past and present sexual liasions, but explores the way that each character's sexuality became what it and relates that to each character's overall personality and actions in the novel. The sex is organic to the action.

I liked the variety of the sex scenes and his ability to sensitively portray, among others, the shy, the repressed, those looking for love, the twisted and all sorts of real human types.

Don't Pass It Up!

At first I was a bit disappointed when I received this book. But after actually reading it I feel it is probably the only reference that provides this information. This book outlines acupuncture for the lay person and perhaps the Western trained health care professional. In this aim, it presents acupuncture in both an ancient perspective and a modern Western Scientific perspective. Acupuncture practitioners who are involved in research or are always challenged by Western trained doctors will find this helpful. Also those considering study or treatment of acupuncture should read this book.

I'm not the author and I'm not the publisher. I'm a guy who bought this book months ago and have used it to begin the long process of gaining control. I do not believe in easy answers and I have read lots of books and tried lots of things. I like this approach because it lays out a way to work on the problem and I think I am finally getting the hang of it. It does take time. There are not that many books on this topic and I've read them. The stop and start method is described in all of them including this book, so he is on target as far as what others are thinking. However, I believe that he adds more and this has seemed to make a difference. If you want an easy answer, don't buy this book. It may not be the best written book on the market, but it has been very helpful to me.

We don't understand the guy who said this book was not informative. He must have been looking for a magic bullet. My wife (who is a counselor) and I read it together and found it informative, entertaining and helpful. She's no longer blaming me for my premature ejaulation and she loved the emphasis on communication and sensuality. I liked the suggestions (and illustrations) on positions that work best. We have read other books on the topic and have found this one the best.

This book is one of the few available resources for men who are looking to improve their ejaculatory control. The book is written by a sex therapist who has many years of experience treating men (and their partners) with this sexual concern. The author's humor and relaxed style make the book entertaining and an easy-read despite the enormous amount of information contained "between the covers." (I couldn't resist!) The main purpose of the book is for self-help. However, the book can also be used in conjunction with sex therapy, if sex therapy becomes required. As a sex therapist myself, I recommend this book without reservation. It is a small investment to make for the gain of Male Sexual Endurance.

This book is well worth reading, especially if you are a man who really wants to please a woman orally. I found it humorous and entertaining, and I am definitely going to pass it on to my boyfriend so he can read it. Of course, since it is written by a man, it is not comprehensive. However, given the fact that he lacks the necessary equipment, he shows a really good understanding of the female sexual anatomy. This book emphasizes the point that cunnilingus is normal, healthy, and a great way to excite a woman. This is the most important thing for a man to understand if he wants to be considered a good lover. This book is definitely one to purchase. Follow his suggestions and your sex life is bound to improve.

I think this book is great. The author treats the topic very professionally by explaining the history behind C. His humor is effective 75% of the time. I found the pictures erotic rather than offensive, and I enjoyed the personal stories. He gives a numerous resources for toys and aids that can enhance sex in general and oral sex specifically. The little bits of info that he shares with the reader can make the difference between and extremely erotic encounter, and just a half-ass (I couldn't help it) try at something new. (I especially liked his suggestion to rub viginal juices on the neck and nipples of ones lover. Further increasing the pleasure of kissing those areas.) In all, I think Dr. Birch did a terrific job of conveying the mutual pressure of cunnilingus.

As a liberated woman I found the book quite playful! My boyfriend and I read it together and in many places the author talked of the importance of verbal communication. My lover and I talked and played as we read the book, tried some things (love the G-spot suggestion), and basically had a good time. We had not tried all the positions, but we did and we agree about the one the author says will usually work best. Sure, if a guy sits down with the book and is just looking for a totally new but sure-fire technique, he's likely to be disappointed. However, for us it was exciting and educational; and personally, I liked the women's stories at the end. I wrote one and give it to my boyfriend. The author didn't think of that, but I loved doing it and my boyfriend was excited by my openness. Thanks Dr. Birch from two happy lovers.
