I have talked to Stephen Mithchell and we really feel like it is a good book. He trying to make a movie based on the book and buying tyhis book would really help on making the movie.

This book is really dated, the photographs are nice if you're nostalgic for the "Let's Get Physical" cheeseball aspect of the '80's. Although some sound appetizing, I have to admit I've never actually tried any of the recipes. I guess they're meant to be gourmet healthfood dishes geared toward fitness enthusiasts & body builders, but the lack of nutritional breakdowns seems to render them useless for anyone seriously intending to use them for that purpose.
