Well this book wasn't very good the other reviews were pretty much right. I wanted to do it for a book report but it was basically just the movie in words. I would not suggest it.

This book was basically a publicity stunt for Jennifer Love Hewitt and Brandy, because I saw no other reason for it. Honestly, who would want to read all the details of "behind the scenes" of a movie when you could sum it all up in a magazine article? I thought the book would have more substance. It basically consists of some drawn-out story of what happened while a movie was being made and what happened in the movie. I'm just glad I borrowed the book and didn't waste my money on it.

when i was reading this book in the beginning it was really i mean really boring. i was about to fall asleep. but then when julie was on the stage singing and she saw the words i still know what u did last summer totally freaked me out. not really but thats ok. i really liked the parts when julie is about to get killed as u can see i hate jennifer love hewitts guts she is ugly. anyway i always laughed at her stupid remarks. to total it out this book was good if u cant find anything else to read.

If you are in Secured Credit and are using White's textbook - "Secured Transactions - Teaching Materials" copyright 2000, do not buy his hornbook. He has merely lifted the explanatory text from the textbook and put it together as a hornbook. Furthermore, if you are looking for help on Secured Credit, there are other books that work much harder to make it understandable to the novice. "Understanding Article 9" is one of them.

I used this book for two semesters of contracts. It is the most unpleasant book I have had to read so far in law school. The authors themselves wrote very little. The book consists almost entirely of edited cases and excerpts from law review articles. There is essentially a case for every little iota of contract knowledge and it gets very tedious to parse a long case for what is in the end a simple rule. The law review excerpts are often very obtuse. One paragraph of a 200 hundred page article can be near impossible to grasp without appropriate context.

What is missing from this book is the glue that binds the disparate elements together. This may be the responsibility of the student learning contracts, but the book makes learning contracts like a Gordian knot rather than putting together the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle.

Tha book may be useful as a reference for the practitioner but it is not a good book for a first-year law student to learn contracts.
