GREAT BOOK READ IT
The book was about a plumber's shop where things came up missing. Fred thought that Ron was taking things. I like the book because it was pretty funny. And Ron was good at stealing things .

Yes
It is a really' really, really, really, really, really, really good book. Fred glanced over at Ron & saw a blank look on his face. Fred had seen that look before. Back in high school he had suspected a guy of steeling stuff from his gym locker. When he accused him, the guy got an innocent blank look on his face. "No problem" Ron was saying, "Fred & I can handle anything."

Great book,easy to read
This book is about a girl who wants to adopt a orphan in a not so fortunate country. Her mother doesn't make much money and says they can't adopt an orphan because its too expensive. This is a good book for people who need easy books to read and are interested in people who aren't as fortunate as us who are living in other countries.

How would you like to show off?Have you every shown off?
Have you every shown off? Well this girl name veronica does not like school so she shows off
so her teacher can call her parents so she can go home instead of being in school. Veronica went back to school and got suspended for showing off. Veronica went back to school three days later and two days after that she got expelled.

Veronica the show off it is a good book because it teaches you something that can not get you in trouble with your friends. Veronica shows off all the time. If you showed off like she did you would get what she got in trouble.

It was a good book because it made me want to read more because it was funny and had intrusting words in it. It has a lot of pages and all of them had a big word on each page. That is what helps you in school you can use most of them words in school.

From Veronica's fan
I read Veronica the Show Off which is a great book to read because it is not too short or too long. The story is about Veronica trying to make new friends at her new school, but is she showing off? That will be up to you to find out.
When she finally found someone who liked her as a friend, she didn't think that she wouldn't be friends with the girls she liked. Veronica is a little imaginative because she makes up wild stories about her life and what she owns. This book is great for road trips.

THis is an excellent book.
I first read this book when i was about 10. I could really relate to Veronica in that i was lonely and wanted people to like me, and i thought it was cool the way she wasn't afraid to stand up for what she believes in. This book covers a lot of things that young kids go thru growing up. It's a must-have!

Not The Best
I think this book was kind of disappointing to me. I looked forward to reading a good story about Crystal and Veronica, and their friendship. It was totally disappointing, but I liked some parts, such as the ending.

Wonderful!
I have been a Veronica fan since 1986. I read this sequel to Veronica the Showoff and Veronica Knows Best when I was a senior in highschool. Even from an adult's point of view I could love and identify with Veronica and Crystal's special friendship. I longed to reach out and take their hands. I felt like they were a part of me. Together they were a dream come true as friends, almost like soulmates. I was really moved by this book and parts of this book was a tear-jerker. I was just so touched!

Great Work for Ophthalmologists
I study Medicine at Bologna (Italy) and I have a passion for Ophthalmology. I think that Albert & Jakobiec's Principles and Practice of Ophthalmology is a very fine work. This textbook has the correct range of structure and topics, although some of them are in need of integration, i.e. Surgery, Ophthalmic Pathology, Optics (involved exposition), Lens and Strabismus.
Every chapter is similar to a Scientific American article, but just not easy to read and sufficiently comprehensible. Therefore, the book is not appropriate for use by medical students and residents; yet the six volumes cooperate to make clear the physiopathology of many ocular diseases, chiefly because the Authors are very authoritative and experienced. There are few pictures, so I think it is necessary to buy a valid atlas (Spalton) to compensate for such lack. The strengths of the current edition are: Retina, Uvea, Eyelids, The Glaucomas, Conjunctiva and Cornea.
In my opinion "Principles and Practice of Ophthalmology" is a great work for Ophthalmologists who want to widen their knowledge.

This is a must read for educators involved in gifted ed.
Talent in Context is a collection of research articles that review studies in giftedness from a historical, scientific and culture perspectives. By becoming familiar with the history of gifted ed, educators can have a better understanding of the present dilemma in gifted and talented programs in the public schools. Districts are under tremendous pressure to identify the giftedness (ie talent) in all children and to provide programs for these talents. This collection of articles places in perspective this concept of talent development. These articles also help in conceptualizing what giftedness and talented means in a number of contexts. Being informed about this body of research is essential for public educators promoting and implementing gifted ed programs.

Review of Angela and the Broken Heart
One thing I disliked about this book was the beginning. It was not very interesting what so ever. It is about a seven-year old girl and it doesn't make sense. I did like the middle section of the book. First, It started to actually make sense, and it was more interesting...My author really brought out two good story elements. One is with the characters. She tells about everyone as soon as they are introduced into the book. Another good point was the setting. She described it well with saying that it was called Bluebird Cabins. She gives a lot of describng.
