Not A Dramatized Version
Despite this not being dramatized Cat Parker does a good job of characterization, making it easy to keep the characters straight. The audio is crisp and clear and easily understood in a car environment. The stories are entertaining. Unlike the reviews above the stories printed above this is what I found (from the back cover):

Dutchman's Flat - Six angry men chase the winner of a brutal gun-fight. In the frustrating, insulting and dangerous days that follow, each learns the startling truth about the man they're goint to lynch.

His Brother's Debt - Cassidy can draw faster than a snake can strike. So why is he afraid to leave the back country? Because he has to avoid his demons - if they'll let him.

I found both stories to be great, but it would have been nice to at least add some special effects. Well worth the purchase price. One cassette. Run time: 1 hour.

Very factual, good appendix, well written, too repetitive
This book strikes a good balance between being factual and advocating a cause. It contains much technical information and historical trivia that is entertaining as well as enlightening. The appendix contains a number of articles that would be difficult to locate elsewhere, some going back to the early 1900s, which provide historical perspective but yet have uncanny relevance for today. Since it presents writings by a number of authors, its only drawback is a great deal of repetition about basic items (such as differences between hemp grown for seed or fiber). Slightly dated in view of the large amount of research and political activity since 1994. Any updated information about the Schlickten (sp?) fiber/hurd separator machine would be welcom.

I'm outraged
I saw this product yesterday in a Christian Book Store for the first time. I was surprised to see Christians imitating secular world creating a new violent/aggressive action figure and trying to let others believe that this is God's and Jesus' teaching. But what REALLY made me angry was to see that one of the evil character's name is "El Furioso", "The Furious One" in Spanish. Now Christians are not only trying to sell violence to children as a good, but also teaching that if someone's name is in English, is ok; but Spanish is evil. I thought we were suppose not to be conformed to this world. - Rev. Walter Acevedo-Olivencia

Worthy Superhero
This book is great - we finally have a 'superhero' worthy of praise! Bibleman fights evil villains such as "Doubt" "Fear" "Misery" and Fury". Bibleman always defeats the bad guy. As he says "If we don't show you kids the enemy, then you won't know how to defeat him!" WOW! Practical advice for our kids with a great message in a form that our kids LOVE. I have four children under the age of 7 and they think Bibleman is cool. Bibleman is a superhero I am more than happy to encourage. This Collector's Edition introduces each character to us in a way that is exciting for our children and obviously is the beginning of bigger and better things to come. I look forward to continuing the adventure with Bibleman.

Only for diehard fans of Willie
What a silly little book. I didn't find it all that funny. There are some wacky recipes interspersed here and there, like Suffering Succo-Cash and Bloodless Turnips. Some of the recipes looked midly appealing, but this is not a book you pick up because you're interested in the recipes. There has to be funnier IRS-related humor out there!
