Instant Classic
Pillow of Dreams could become an instant classic. It reminded me of the kind of book that I read as a kid. It's an elegant story, beautifully illustrated, with a simple, yet moving, messge.
A Genuine Pleasure to read and discuss with Children
This book is wonderful, I loved it, but more importantly, so did everyone -- adults and children alike -- who read it. More than just being entertaining, the theme provides a common point of reference on ethical issues which we talked about later. It will delight your inner child and the children you read to, with colorful illustrations to enrich the senses and a story containing an important message that will warm your heart.

A great read.A few good twists.
Although I figured out why the murder was committed and by whom, I didn't work out how until the end of the book. As usual Morse was knocking back the beer, flirting in his subtle way and actually got a "little"!!! bit friendly with a suspect. A good read.
A classic which keeps you guessing.
The only thing really wrong with Morse is that he smokes too much. If you want a really good read in your mysteries, here it is.
Morse at his best.
If you like to be kept guessing this is the novel for you. It is also fun to read about the interaction between Morse and Lewis. These two deserve each other.

Old Text, But Solid and Reliable
This book may appear somewhat dated, since with its early 90's publication it was written before personal computers had made quite the inroads into taking the pain and frustration out (a lot of it at least) of learning Morse code. It is a solid survey of the code, its origin, history, uses, and how to learn it. Cupled with a shareware CW trainer (such as Morse Academy, SuperMorse, NuMorse, for PC, or MorseTrainer for Mac) it is all you really need to get conversant in code. A good starting point, and a bargain at the price.

A good reference book that shows much love of the subject.
This is a fan love letter to Peter Cushing. As such it is, perhaps, beyond criticising. It contains an obsesive amount of material on Mr. Cushing and others involved in the old Hammer films. Despite it's fan perspective, it manages to give fair critical readings of his movies. Be warned, the book is pricey for what you get. If you are a rabid Cushing fan, however, or a genre fan with deep pockets, this book is recommended.
A Good, but rather Expensive, Book
Well done book on the films of Peter Cushing, scrupulously researched. The rather lengthy -- and highly interesting -- preface is written by Barry Morse and his wife Sydney Sturgess Morse. They were fellow actors of Peter and their paths crossed a number of times during their joint careers on screen and in the theatre. I recommend this book to fans of Peter Cushing and his many, many films!
Peter Cushing: The Gentle Man of Horror and his 91 Films
From what I know, there are only three books that have been writin about Peter Cushing: the two volumes of his auto-biography and this amazing book. This is a very informative and entertaining book on an amazing actor. It gives detailed information about every movie Peter Cushing ever acted in. This book is a must have for every die-hard Peter Cushing fan.
