Orp dosn't know basketball is his game-until he tries it and finds out he's a natural. But he never knew how complicated the life of a basketball star could become. As soon as he starts scoring big points for the team, he finds out that four girls have a crush on him-and one of them is pretty cheerleader Ellen Fairchild, the girl that his best friend Derrick is crazy about. With the school dance coming up, Orp is spending as much time juggling his life as he is dribbling the ball-just to avoid hurting anybody's feelings. When I picked up this book, I thought "cool! A mystery." I turned out that this wasnt a mystery. It had parts of indivitual mysterys and plus it was bad. I would recomend the book for a 1-2 grader not to a 3rd grader!
