I can't say enough about how much I love this book. It has been for me, a reference book as I read Goldsmith's other books. I suggest reading this book first then moving on to other books by him. This book is one of those books you want to own so you can refer back to it often to remind yourself of THE TRUTH. It has helped me remember many times.

The Infinite Way is the center of Joel Goldsmith's teachings, so this is the best place to start reading his work. He takes a no nonsense approach to spirituality, writing in clear, modern language that anyone can understand. Those who have a background in metaphysical practices, such as Christian Science, will find much that is familiar, along with new challenges and opportunities for spiritual growth. Those coming from a more traditional religious background may find his uncluttered approach to God refreshing.

If you want to raise your spiritual consciousness and have an awareness of more of the abundance of God in your life. There is nothing bad to say about this book. You really should read it for you self. I recommend that you do.

I have been a Goldsmith fan for approxiamately a year and I can most definitely say that out of the books I've read so far...this is one of his "better" ones. Each chapter brings a deeper level of understanding for Metaphysical aficionados and Truth students. This book will definitely increase one's sense of peace,inner-knowing, and joy. Joel tackles many of his favorite subjects here, including the illusion of what we seem to experience between cradle & grave, (the parenthesis) the allness of consciousness, the understanding of the I Am, and most importantly the differences between the spiritual and the mental. He again works his recurring theme of realization through meditation that "the father and I are one." This one should be read after The Infinite Way, Thunder of Silence, Practicing the Presence, Art of Meditation, and perhaps some of his other books

If I had to pick 10 books to be stranded on a desert island, this would without question be one of them. It explains & shows one how to access the spiritual dimension anytime, anyplace.

All I can say is I love Joel Goldsmith's work. Whether it is this book or any other of his collection. His words hit your heart and soul at the core. I recommend this book to any one of any faith or no faith at all. It is practical, logical and offers some relief and clarity to our dramatic lives. I have read many of Joel Goldsmith's books. I have also browsed and read many of the books in the New Age and Religion sections of [local store]. One should forget the popular psychics and mediums who charge a fortune for their readings. Did Jesus charge anyone to heal or help them?

Joel teaches us how to heal as Jesus did. Joel teaches us how to obtain this consciousness that gives us dominion and blesses others. This is a guide for life.

If you had to pick a single Goldsmith book to read this is it (followed closely by Practicing The Presence). This book presents a clear and concise view of how a human being should live this life with a view to what reality with God is.

I have been a great fan of Joel Goldsmith for some time. He is a remarkable teacher. For those who would like to deepen their experience, I would highly recommend a book called The Power of Now, by Eckhart Tolle. Our 10-year Joel Goldsmith group has been studying Eckhart and listening to his tapes and they are most remarkable. If you love Joel you will love Eckhart.

To follow the path of the Infinate Way is not easy, but I have found it to be the most rewarding spiritual study of my life. It will shake your perceptions, turn your life upside down, and then set you back on your feet....on your true path. I reccomend this book to any and all spiritual seekers, as Joel's teachings are not exclusionary or judgemental, just earth shattering. This book by Joel Goldsmith is one of his best. Goldsmith was a spiritual healer with a very high success rate. In this book he reveals to the reader how they too can unleash the power of God within to heal their lives and how they can utilize that power for others as well. As with all of Goldsmith's books, the reading can be dense, but those who stick with it are rewarded tremendously.

This book is one of the best by this author. It is a clear and easily understood teaching of the art of spiritual healing. Reading Goldsmith is like eating a very thick chocolate cake - you have to take each paragraph and ingest it fully before proceeding. I've read several of Goldsmith's books and "The Art of Spiritual Healing"..has to be one of the best that he ever wrote. It gives simple instructions and universal applications to "heal" any "dis-ease". I would highly recommend it to anyone who wanting to gain a greater understanding of their role in healing themselves and others (regardless of whether you're Christian, Muslim, Yoruba, or any other religion). Goldsmith's truth is universal and it simply works!

Sunday, June 10, 2001, Dr. O. C. Smith, Founder and Spiritual Director of the 5000 member City of Angels Church of Religious Science, had this book in his hand. As one of his students, I immediately went to the bookstore after the service and bought this book although I already own numerous books by the author.

After only reading a few short paragraphs I knew that I had been Divinely Guided to read "Awakening Mystical Consciousness." Goldsmith is very clear and teaches the "way" to begin to discover and unfold the consciousness of the mystic in all of us. He takes the reader through the steps to a change in consciousness and begins his lesson in the "Word" versus the Truth, which so many in the metaphysical community struggle with. This book can be read within a few short hours, but the study of it may take years.

Although the first 4 chapters are straight out of The Infinite Way, there is value added. Joel provides some details that will help one find their way to God. HOWEVER, buy The Infinite Way first, if you can! This is definitely a "follow on" book, which can be used "instead" of The Infinite Way, if that's what your budget demands! WHAT? Because the first four chapters are the most important parts of The Infinite Way, this book will do if you are truly on a budget and can not afford both.

This is a book I return to time and again to find comfort and strength. The essays are specific and wonderful for many of life's challenging situations. Here the parent, businessman, teacher, companion and friend can find answers to everyday problems that we must face. The essays are concise and lend themselves beautifully to daily study
