Soulmates Dissipate was truly disappointing. Jada and Wellington spend no time getting to know each other before they were in the sack. What made them soulmates, well we never really find out. The love scenes were scorching and well-written, but other than that there wasn't much to Jada or Wellington. And I don't no any woman who is foolish enough to let another woman stay in the same house with her "man". Also, two intelligent people like Jada and Wellington should have been able to figure out much earlier in this book that they were both played for fools. I am so turned off by this one, I won't bother to read the sequel.

I read this book after hearing how highly recommended it was. I think my hopes were high, but overall I'd call it pretty decent.

The first quarter of the book was pretty uneventful and slow. However, the book soon picked up and was twisting and turning and making me yell out loud, "oh no she didn't!". The erotic scenes were very well written, however I found it strange that right after an erotic chapter the author would then go into a chapter with a church service and religious poetry. Awkward transition, but I guess it shows that even church people have a little freak in 'em.

Overall this is definitely escape fiction. The situation is a bit far-fetched (everyone is rich and horny), in my opinion and I found myself getting angry at the main character Jada for being soooo naive. I couldn't feel sorry for her, I just wanted to know how much more messed up her dating life would get. It did give me an insight into how grown people can get caught up in childish immature relationship games.

If you buy this book, go ahead and buy Never Again Once More at the same time. It's the sequel and you'll need it since this book leaves you hanging at the end.

I understand that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but you have got to be kidding if you think that this book was anything less than amazing. I read the book cover to cover in a matter of hours.
The characters were interesting and the plot was too hot to handle. This was truly one of the best books that I have ever read. It made me cry, laugh and want to even slap a couple of the cahracters. It even made me stop and think about my own personal relationship and would it survive those types of issues.
In closing I just have to say that for those who thought that this book was just 'ok', well maybe you should read it again but closer within yourself as you do.
