This book is exactly the kind of book that will help your child realize the educational value of their vacation. We used it for three kids-- ages 12, 10 and 7. They liked it because it helped them remember special moments of the trip, and in the case of the 12 year old, "It was fill in the blanks!"

It was a lot easier getting them to complete this book rather than writing in a journal. There were also tips and hints that I had not found in any of the other books I used for planning the trip. I highly recommend it!

This unabridged reproduction of a 1962 classic should be an essential edition to any textile collection: Textiles Of Ancient Peru And Their Techniques covers raw materials form Peru, weaves unique to the region, and techniques and materials used in nonwoven efforts. The result will please any avid textile artist.

Rabbit medicine is a difficult subject to cover. Although our knowledge has increased greatly in the last ten years, there is still much we do not know. Harcourt-Brown does a very good job of describing medical problems that are common in rabbits, and provides information on treatment. She also provides valuable information on biological characteristics and husbandry.

The only thing that I would have liked to see more of in the book are pictures. Otherwise, the book has been a valuable addition to my library, and I will definitely purchase any further revisions of the book. I recommend the book highly to anyone interested in rabbit care who has some knowledge of veterinary medicine.
