The credentials of the author are that he is an authority on the finacial markets and a stock broker. Hello? How much credence would he put into a book on the financial markets written by a heart surgeon? Is he still alive I wonder? Many of his sources are questionable and many are from tests in the 70's from which we have progressed a bit.

This book is total self-propogating hogwash. Garbage. Save your money, and your life, avoid this book like a big mac.

This book was incredibly interesting. It was the first book that told the truth about cholesterol. Everyone who is worried about cholesterol should read this book. It will make you feel a lot better if you know that 80% of the people who have heart attacks have a low cholesterol level(GAMA1964).
