The Absolute Bible of Jury Studies
Nobody can be taken seriously when talking about juries unless they've read this book. This book represents the most intensive study ever done of the American Jury, and whatever it takes to locate and purchase a copy is a bargain.

It deserves more than six stars.

LEARN ALL YOU EVER WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT REAL JURIES!!!!!
Outstanding reading for those with an interest in the way a real life jury operates. A great historical review of the American Jury system and where it might be in the future. Very easy reading and would make an excellent reference and/or textbook.

cases about statistics in law and litigation
The authors are experts in the law and the use of statistics in legal settings. This book gives an excellent overview of how statistics is applied in the courtroom. Many interesting and important cases are presented. Although not professional statisticians the authors have a good understanding of statistical methods. The book gives one of the best presentations of the importance of randomized controlled experiments that I have seen.
