I am a preschool teacher with a Master's degree in Early Childhood Ed. This book is one of my favorites. Not only does it have exceptional illustrations, but it teaches kids about a variety of topics including seasons, weather, insects, making friends, and growing. I've used it since it first was published. My kids love it, too. It should have never gone out of print.
