This story is about two children who have a wonderful fantasy adventure with several ocean animals. In the course of their adventure they come to learn much about the ocean and things that live in it.

The Gentle Sea is an excellent introduction to Marine Life for anyone who is starting to explore the sea by snorkelling or scuba diving. It is my recommended text for an Underwater Naturalist Course I teach to scuba divers.
