The pictures are amazing and they have a page for many of the different owls. Each picture is filled with detail and the author gives lots of information. If you have a research project due on owls this is the book to get.

This is a wonderfuly charming book that explores what happens when a goat gets into the house... among other things, the vacuum tries to eat him! I loved this book as a child. It's out of print, now, unfortunatly. The illustrations are bright and funny, very expressive, and it's easy for children to read on their own.

This is a great reference manual for anyone who loves dinosaurs. Hundreds of species and tons of useful information. My only dissapointment was the backing of the book, its paperback, not very appropiate for such a massive book.
