Should be reprinted...excellent well worth reading, and very handy with you astrological interpretations.

I cannot believe this book is out-of-print. I have used it so much that I need a new one. I used to write horoscopes for a college newspaper and this was my astrological Bible. It is easy to use for reference and leaves out no possible aspect that one's chart can encounter. It is all about transits - what events can be predicted when a planet is alligned or aspected with another transiting planet, or one in your natal chart. It also explains what events transiting planets in each of your natal houses may bring. This book is an absolute must for any practicing astrologer.

Sakoian's classic is still a useful book in my Astrology library...this book has aspects to the Nodes as well as to the Descendant and the Ic! Published in 1989, perhaps this info has not been improved upon...in fact, most aspect books don't bother with these angles specifically. They use "oppositions" only....adequate, but just! Great for beginners,this is the Only Astrology book I loan friends when they want to know more!

I have the 1989 edition of this book, and find that it's one of the best intermediate level books for learning astrology. It is also organized as a detailed, intelligent, and subtle reference source for professionals. This book details basic meanings of signs and planets, as well as planets in signs and houses, angles, and rulerships. You will need your own charts or chart data.

A comparison of the horoscopes of two people can yield much useful information about whether they will be attracted to each other and, if a relationship occurs, what the nature of that relationship is likely to be. This book is an excellent introduction to how to make such horoscope comparisons and contains the detailed information required for doing so. Incidentally, although horoscope comparisons are often done to see the potential for a successful romantic relationship or marriage, such comparisons are equally valid for any two people including siblings, coworkers, etc.

I bought this excellent reference book years ago and use it on a regular basis. Brief but well written descriptions of how planets in one persons chart affect the others persons life. Example: A's Sun in B's 4 house, as well as inter-planetary aspects. I'd quickly get another copy of this book if I lost mine. My library would not be complete without it.
