Great book for 4 year olds
My son is 4 and this is his favorite book. I have read it to him over and over and he is never tired of it. The pictures of the monsters are cute, not scary.

Great Kids Bool
This is a great book for kids who have just started not using a nite light. I read it with my nephew and this book taught him that there is nothing to be afraid of. This is a good bed time story book. Youll be surprised at the ending.

A well-written and interesting study of Norwegians in N.Y.
This is the first study of Norwegian immigrants in Brooklyn and the New York City area. It focuses on the maritime migration fron Norway, and explores the ethinic community that emerged around 1900. It is a well-reserached, well-written and richly illustrated book, and should be of interest to anyone interested in the history of Norwegian migration to America.

Too perfect
This series has been too overlooked. I just love these. This one is my favoite. One Saturday morning Dorothy waves her magic handkerchief and goes to Oz with Toto. She is reunited with the Scarecrow, Tin Woodman and Lion. Toto chases after a field mouse into a twisted corn field. He gets trapped in a golden summerhouse inhabited by a boy made of solid gold with a hard, cold heart. They learn from a caterpiller that the Golden Boy must wish on a seven leaf clover to be his real self again and set Toto free. The story has everything it needs to be perfect. Looking forward to reading books by the same author.

Both imaginary friends start playing with each other :-) ... and so do the brothers... It's a beautiful story, humorous and sweet about being friends and sibilings.

Great book for an early reader!
My 5 year old daughter recently read this book to me. She loved hearing the story of Teddy's adventures, and this book has inspired us to start a scrapbook of her adventures with her special toy animal friend. The last chapter is wonderful as it describes the bond of friendship between the bear and the little girl who loved him.

Not Exactly Ozzy, But Still A Good Book
In this short story about Oz, Dorothy is again spirited on a wild adventure, this time in the basket of a balloon. However, the balloon is quickly running out of fuel, and Dorothy begins to descend towards the treacherous sands of the Deadly Desert. Meanwhile, Ozma, Scarecrow, Omby Amby, Billina, and the newly reconstructed Gump go to rescue her. As they are gone, a curious boy named Robert starts to create chaos in the Emerald City as he starts to create things he can't control with Ozma's wand. Upon return, Dorothy, Ozma, and the others find the Emerald City under attack by fog, storms, and a gigantic bullfrog. In the end, all is set right once more, and Robert learns why only Ozma can wield magic in the land of Oz. A good book, but not on the lines of the Famous Forty, this book still continues with the zany adventures of our Oz friends.

There is a time for magic and a time for common sense.
This series has been too overlooked. I just love these. Dorothy goes to a carnival, meets a strange fortune-teller, Madam Zsza, and gets a free ride in a balloon. But when it goes ary she gets to the Deadly Desert and is rescued by Ozma, Billina, the Scarecrow and Omby Amby. Meanwhile, a wayward magic wand reeks havoc on the Emerald Palace. There's the same thing as in "Return to Oz" (1964 cartoon) Magic is everywhere. This story has everything it needs to be perfect.

Has problems
This series has been too overlooked. I just love these.Dorothy accidently uses the secret signal one Saturday morning and decides to spend some time in Oz. Meanwhile Dr. Nikidik's son steals Ozma's magic belt by spreading youth powder, and later Mombi gets involved. (there is one of the four different ways Mombi is overthrown after the "The Marvelous Land of Oz") The only thing wrong is that there are more lies about Mr. Wogglebug. This was the first time I heard that they think he talks too much. But I swear too you he never, ever wasts time getting to the point!

Good review of pharmacology
I used this text in my pharmacology course in phar. school. It was very helpful in understanding the broad picture. Although little is written in detail, Rosenfeld offers a good summary of such a complex topic.

The politically correct book on the Duke
This is the politically correct books on Duke. If you are however honestly and objectively interested in Duke, read instead his My Awakening.

A book of commentaries about David Duke sans David Duke
It is interesting that the editor has compiled the essays he has so that the reader can understand the impact of David Duke and the Politics of Race--all without one essential voice, that of David Duke himself.

I should know, I am Representative Duke.

How can college students who use this book as text, truly understand the movement that I initiated without hearing from me or at least those who supported me. After all, I did receive over 60 percent of the White vote in Louisiana, I must have had some supporters.

Until my book comes out this fall, My Awakening, My Journey to Racial Understanding, The best book on the subject (or at least the least biased} is Mickey Zatarain's book David Duke, evolution of a Klansman.

Sincerely, David Duke
