It's really loud out laugh. I am now pregnant and I read this book and I can not help myself laughing and laughing.. It's very natural, very realistic, and I think Paul Reiser is very good father afterall. Funny thing is that I found the same common situation with my husband, which tell me that all this fatherhood thing is somehow connected. For sure, I recommended the highest rank for this book, it's definetely good for relaxing from the stress !

It is that good. Paul Reiser is just awesome. He makes you laugh and laugh. I had a 4 hour layover at an airport and I read it all in one sitting. And everyone around me was wondering what was so funny and why I had a smile frozen on my face. Topics just hit you hard! And you can relate to every situation he talks about. Anyone can enjoy it but Parents really can get a hysterical laugh. You will honestly laugh out loud on every page. EVERY PAGE! I did and I have read it 3 time. Couplehood is great too! Don't hesitate...Buy them both today. You will NOT regret it.

Maybe it's because I have 4 "babies" of my own, but I thought this was the funniest book I've read in a very long time. I laughed so hard, numerous times, that I almost cried! Paul Reiser is a gifted comedian and writer. He managed to write a hilarious book that was entertaining and wholesome...a rarity these days.

For anyone who likes to laugh at themselves or others,in everyday life situations,this book is a must read! Pauls humor and view of life with your significant other, will amuse you, nd make you say,"HEY , WE DO THAT!" It is easy to read, and leaves you with that "feel good" cause you just finished a book and there was no sex/violence/language/....feeling

You can almost hear Paul Reiser's vocal inflection as you read the book, and it makes it even funnier (unlike some books by other comedians whose humor just doesn't translate to books). I saw myself and my significant other in several of his bits and just laughed myself silly the whole way through. Even if you get tired of watching Mad About You, you'll still enjoy this book. I'm going to go read it again.

I am a huge fan of Reiser, and I loved Mad About You. This book is a funny, gentle, warm look at the little joys and problems of marriage. I am not even married and I was laughing out loud every page. It was a quick read, and it was the kind of humor I like best - the kind with a serious message underneath. Best of all, the book is as funny on a second reading as it is the first time. A must read!
