This book was a huge favorite of my two brothers and myself when we were kids thirty years ago. One of my brothers was a dinosaur fiend, the kind of person who would correct grown-ups for mistakenly calling an apatosaurus a brontosaurus, etc. And even he loved this book. Truly something that parents and kids can enjoy together. And a great way to learn long dinosaur names while being introduced to kid-friendly poetry at the same time.

I originally bought this book when my son was 3 years old. We had such fun reading and memorizing the amusing poems about dinosaurs! He learned the impossible names of dinosaurs like Pachycephalasaurusis and totally amazed people! He is 17 years old now and remembers this book with great affection, as do I.
