I read this book and enjoyed it very much.Dr.Morrison talks about exercises to heal are body from the constant strain of walking on are legs. He saids that everyone should practice each day walking on are hands and feet. He gives lots of exercises to improve heart diseasesand lots of other exercises to improve are health. I have read his book over and over it is so full of health knowledge. It is a book that you will use for years to come. Easy to read and understand. A book i am glad to have. I highly recommend this book.

Sure this book has lot's of "ideas" but give me the pictures!
