it has one of the most remarkable collection of places. whilst on tour, one could actually look it up for the river that flows right next to one or a small township one is passing by. this gives some information to one and one's client. it is sad that though i grabbed the last two copies in sydney kings cross bookshop, knowingly that it was out of print, alas, the over used volumn is now falling apart and i am desperate to get a replacement. the last print was 1978 which inevitably is out of date with the statistic on population and even names of countries. having made an order and paid for on line through amazon, i still never got any response, and rather suspicious of me being charged.
