I went into this book on Amazon by chance since I am a sales manager, and wanted to know more about club organizations and become a better fund -raiser. Also to improve my credit union meetings since I am now chairing. The sub title of this book is,"Why Eighty Million Women Can't Be Wrong"!. Cool, the author Jeanne Gray McDonald really knows her organizations. I found the book has some proven methods that Ms. McDonald has for achieving extraordinary success in any club and helps a woman become aware of the broader responsibilities of membership. She writes with wit, charm and is most illuminating on the subject of volunteer organizations. The book is also very entertaining including funny anecdotes about , "The Club Game". Chapter 1X is a must read! Enjoy the book read it you won't regret it. By the way along the line the author founded two national women's organizations.

A very helpful book which can give you a guideline on how to get the most out of your club or organization. I recently joined a nonprofit museum organization and became chairwomen of membership. I used this book as a wonderful reference on how to increase membership and make my experience more rewarding. A great one of a kind book.
