Truth Revealed
Mr. Woodrow has pointed out that many people have departed from the purity of the simple Gospel (page 165). He uses organized facts to refute "dispensational" misinformation. Woodrow uses details in a clear manner to expose modern false teachings about Daniel's 70th week. He clearly shows that there is not a 2000-year gap in the 70-week period described by the prophet Daniel. Every Bible student should own this book and give it as a gift to anyone they care about. Although I have not agreed with all of Ralph Woodrow's books, I highly recommend the scholarship in "Great Prophecies of the Bible."

Return to History
In a very convincing, well documented way Ralph Woodrow makes clear what is often confusing in the context of the very young futurist approach to explain Biblical prophecy. He instead uses the historical approach, a method which has stood the test of time. The book answers those unresolved questions for a reader curious about a more historical explanation of what has already happened to fulfill Biblical prophecy and what Christians can expect to happen in the future of the Church. Well worth reading.

Great Book! I could not agree with this more. I recieved this book from a friends mom who loved it and passed it on to me! I highly reccomend that people read this book!

true confession
okay, so i haven't actually read the book itself, but i have read some of the articles the book is a compilation of, and they were insightful glimpses into a world i know very little about: the 24 hour convenient store. if the book is truly anything like the articles, it will be worth reading.

An obliging and magnificently written mystery
Ten years ago Matthew Jade spent time in Coffin County Jail. He'd had a few drinks at a party, and lost control of his car on an ice-covered road. An accident that cost the live of his beloved young wife. From a one-night-per-week visitation program as a layman, Matt rose to become the jail's full-time chaplain, ministering to the lost and broken men held incarcerated there. When three inmates mysteriously die, Matt seeks to discover the killer. To do so, he must face his terrible memories, drug addicts, alcoholics, inmates and jailers, lawyers and judges. The Heart Of Matthew Jade is an obliging and magnificently written mystery which is as entertaining as it is ultimately inspiring.

A little too much for me!
I am very interested in bears and have purchased several books on the subject in the past year. I am not a hunter, but fully understand the need for the sport and am neither for or against it. However, when the author of this book describes how he hunted down a sow bear and as an extra bonus "put a bullet through the head" of it's cub trying to excape down a tree, I even became repulsed and put down the book. Scenarios like this are replayed throughout the book to the extent that it obviously becomes a sick obsession. Your better off without it.

best of the best
The education of a bear hunter is far and away the most captive book of it's kind.Written by the equally gifted hunter and author,Ralph Flowers.Any true hunter will be captivated by his autobiographical accounts of his many years of hunting both for pleasure and for hire.A true education that will enlighten and mesmerize any sportsman,or bear enthusiast.
