THE BOOK on Wireless
We have been trying to decide on some of the best wireless initiatives for our company for quite some time. This book was incredibly useful in understanding where some of the industry leaders see the future going. I especially liked the chapter written by the CEO of AT&T Wireless. This book is a must have for anyone interest in wireless opportunities or in the wireless industry.

How video and sound can be integrated into Flash!!
This book will do exactly what they said wasn't possible by illustrating how video and sound can be integrated into your Flash presentations, placing you at the extreme edge of creative web design. The application of such tools as AfterEffects, QuickTime, SoundForge and Wildform test the boundaries of Flash and suggest ways to take sound and video beyond Flash and into the realms of Shockwave.

Showing you how to break your site down and incorporate video and sound, the techniques covered in this book capitalise on the capabilities of Flash whilst tackling its limitations head-on. It will then look at how to take web ideo and sound a step further with Shockwave presentations.

Let this wizard enchant your child for a lifetime
"The Wizard by Author Bill Murray Jr. is a must-read romp with a jolly wizard and his pals. Adults won't mind reading this story over and over again to their child. This is the most requested book from my well-stocked bookshelf. Evocative illustrations by Alex Schaefer echo the swirling text. Find something new each time you open this fun story. Each page is a morsel. Simple but sweet, this family favorite will leave you wanting to go back to the beginning and read it again.

The Monkey Shines
Grief . . . comforting friends . . . food . . . threatening enemy . . . victory . . . happiness. What more could you want in a book? Well actually, there is more. You can read it, look at Alex de Wolf's clever pictures, listen to it on tape, and learn French -- all at the same time. Mary Risk, as usual, has not been satisfied just to "feed" the reader French - she has created an engaging story that my 4-year-old listens to and "reads" over and over.

Fun, colorful, great for new vocabulary.
I teach French to elementary school children and they loved this book. The illustrations are beautiful and colorful. And the story is entertaining enough for them to catch up on new vocabulary. The book itself is excellent quality as well.

A wonderful book
What a great way to learn another language! My son loves the pictures, and we tirelessly read it over and over again in both French and English. The pronunciation guide is very helpful. I wish they offered this book in several more languages.

Witty, Wicked, and Tasty, too.
If Oscar Wilde or Dorothy Parker are coming to dinner, cook for them from this cookbook. _The Decadent Cookbook_ has something to intrigue, fascinate, repel, and offend everyone; that and its dry, droll tone are its two biggest charms, but it has many, from literary selections to recipes that actually work. One note on the latter, though: the recipies are amusing but, because they are all historical and many of them are quite old (and therefore taken from sources that didn't trouble with measures or temperatures, or transcribed directly from cooks' dictation), they are sometimes less than precise. Many don't contain measurements, and/or have directions such as "grill furiously until scorched and crisp"; they do require a bit of creativity and experience on the part of the cook to come out well.

I could continue describing the decadent charms of this book, half literary compendium, half cookbook, and all outrageous, but instead I think I'll recommend that, inspired by an Ancient Egyptian menu and a description of a Papal feast, the curious cook try their hand at such Decadent recipes as Lady's Navels, Soles in Coffins, and Mock Hedgehog. If the cat interferes, promise him the fate of the Cat in Tomato Sauce.

A hilarious diary of an English Language teacher in Italy
This is a delightful and very perceptive novel written in quasi-diary form about the experiences of an English language teacher in Pandoro (otherwise known as Verona!) Italian bureaucracy, life styles, foibles, sex, pretensions, frustrations and joys are all sharply delineated in concise and scintillating prose. Yet there is sentiment and drama too and the lasting impression is not quite the comedy much of the book evokes. Read it even if you don't intend to teach English in Italy. It'll tell you more about contemporary Italian life than most other things you'll come across and the style's an absolute treat. In the end, of course, Italy comes out on top. How could such an extraordinary country do otherwise?

Vietnam RPG
An RPG set in vietnam, Recon has a quick, easy simple system where how much you carry matters as well as seeing things before they get you. No mutants or magic in this one just a lot of walking around getting shot at and blowing things up.
