Awesome
My son learned his ABC's at 14 mths because of this book and now at 22 mths he can resight the endings of sentences. I personally love this book and highly recommand it!

Delightful!
Come along with Pooh and friends to help Christopher Robin find his alphabet blocks. This adorable board book teaches the alphabet while capturing babies attention with a wonderfully rhythmic intonation, "A and B are in a tree. C and D have come to tea," and so forth. The illustrations are sweet and appeal to young children. ABC's is my favorite in the Learn and Grow series, with 123, by Lisa Ann Marsoli, and Colors, by Andrea Doering tied for second. ABC's is a delightful little book with simple images for easy comprehension. Birth and up.

Gardening With Pooh: Cheerful Poems Plus Planting Pointers
The Poems in this book are extreemly cute. They make learing to plant and take care of the plants really enjoyable for young children. The poems help them learn about differnt aspects of gardening and the pointers tell the child what they should do. The Pages are also so full of bright vibrant colors. The book was really enjoyable.

Perfect size for toddlers
My 14 month old loves this book - he can hold it well because it is only 3 inches square and has curved edges. He loves the colors and animals and learned to lift the flaps in all directions after only a few readings. He carries it everywhere because he can look at it over and over and lift the flaps himself - he also loves to have it read to him over and over. I have just bought my second copy because he wore out the first one. If only it had a plastic cover it would be the perfect baby book!

Terrific book set, for gift or travel
These four little books come in handy for trips, restaurants, etc. Kids can carry the case; the books are interesting enough and the flaps are durable. These are board books, so they are completely washable. Children love these characters, and this set makes a nice gift, for ages 1.5 to about 4. The stories include the typical themes of friends and sharing.

A wonderful movie with gorgeous animation!
Sleeping Beauty was, of course a good movie for those Disney fans who love the great artist's works. The three good fairies, Flora, Fauna and Merryweather offered a single gift to the newborn princess. But the evil Maleficent crashed the party and cursed Aurora by pricking her finger to the venomous spindle of a spinning wheel and die at her 16th birthday. As a Disney fan, I'm considering that this beautiful young princess will be saved at last by the third of the fairy trio, Merryweather, who had given to her this almost tiny gift: When Aurora pricks her finger into evil witch Maleficent's spinning wheel, she cannot die. Instead of death, the princess will sleeping into a deep slumber until a charming prince wake her with the true love's kiss. So Maleficent turns herself into an evil black fire-breathing dragon to stop Prince Phillip to rescue sleeping Aurora. But the good fairies combine their magic to the mighty Sword of Truth, chanting "Now, Sword of Truth, fly swift and sure. That evil die and good endure!", and the prince throw his magic sword straight as an arrow into the dragon's heart. I'm sure that's a nice movie and I strongly recommend it to all the children beginning from 5 to 12 years old.

a book they'll sit still for
There are lots of eye-catching books out there that we grown-ups love but our children don't sit still for. This is one book they like to look at -- they eagerly reach for the flap on each page and lift it, and help turn the pages (it's a board book so that's easy). It's not one of those books with complex contraptions -- wheels to turn, tabs to pull and push and misguide. Just simple flaps to lift up and put back down. Strongly recommended as a very first really-sit-down-and-read-it book. Similar to "Where's Maisy?" and that family of lift-the-flap books. Good to read to kids less than one year old.

A nice companion book on the classic Disney film.
Another good book on a Disney classic. Full of wonderfull drawings, sketches and animation concepts and background designs. I always buy the "Art of" books Disney puts out on each of their new films. It's always a treat to see how concepts of characters and backgrounds changed as they went along. Sometimes for the better, and sometimes not. Being an artist myself, I always enjoy seeing the drawings of the rough animation and characters studies. It's nice that they included some photos of the original source material from China in the front of the book. This again shows how far Disney's team goes to research a subject. The information and research shows up on the screen. And besides, the books pretty cheap, so you can't go wrong. My only complaint is that it could have been a slightly bigger book page wise.

This book's text is gratifying.
I think this book's art is quite nice and that the text is gratifyingly bold, which I like.

A great summary of the disney movie!
This children's storybook is a shortened version of the movie, packed between two hard covers. The wonderful pictures are in full color and relive the movie's magic. A great addition to the disney classic storybook collection that every Mulan fan should have.
