Finally Well Explained....
I found the tone of this book to be rather kind, informative, honest and reassuring. Well written. It certainly allayed of my fears and concerns and answered ALL of my questions quite concisely. Its really a handy little book! Thank you.

BOTOX by Dr. Ron Shelton
This is a wonderful book written by a superbly qualified dermatologist. He writes in question and answer format so the average reader can easily understand the procedure and the risks and benefits of this treatment. I've now read three other books on the subject and none were as easy to understand as this one. It's factual and there are no hard-to-understand medical words. Overall, the book is very reassuring to those of us who might want BoTox but are anxious about trying something new. This a must-read for any patient contemplating either surgery or BoTox.
A Reader from New York

The only book about Botox that's worth buying
Finally, an easy-to-read book that is factual and discusses the pros and cons. Obviously, Dr Shelton is academically minded and conservative. His book is extremely thorough and is not filled with hard-to-understand medical terms. I now understand why Botox is safe! I wish other books would be this good, and inexpensive.

If you don't know this is the book that you need
Finally a book that explains how supplements work. Very easy to read, this book explains in detail how creatine works and how it should be used. There is more truthful supplementation information in this book than I have found in muscle magizines in the past three years. Anyone who wants to try supplements needs to read this book first to get an edge on companies who sell low grade products.

Creatine: Explained
This book was very informative about the good and bad effects of creatine and other muscle enhancers. I think that this is a good book for the serious or not too serious weight lifter. Very clear and straight to the point.

Montessori and your child; a primer for parents

Clear and concise advice on bringing up your children
Very clear writing and presentation. Part one is handled through simple, every day life type of questions with an answer that shows how the Montessori method applies. Part two and three cover the needs of your children and how can you help them; both are also very focused. An easy book to read, very enjoyable, that will not take more than a couple of hours to finish; however you will find re-reading parts of it as time goes by. An excellent companion to parents of young kids (2 to 6 years)
