Practical, Impressive, Self-Help Book!
Aaron, I'm so impressed! I do remember you from your shy teen days. The way I see it now, you have a very bright future ahead of you as a motivational speaker and writer. I bought your book because I remembered you, and your father once did some contract trucking for me. I started reading your book and could not put it down. You explain things that many of us just take for granted. Your book will definitely change the lives of many people!
How to find true personal meaning
Quotes from the King James Holy Bible add a spiritual dimension to Aaron Lumpkin's You Can Be Positive, Confident, And Courageous: Learn To Lead A More Meaningful Life, which begins with the author's journey to achieving positive self-esteem, and shows the reader how one can love and improve oneself no matter what the circumstances that contribute toward negative thinking and poor self-esteem. Chapters cover issues such as why negativity robs people of a rewarding life, how to find true personal meaning, and how to develop a "super" self-image. You Can Be Positive, Confident, And Courageous is highly motivating, energetic, reader friendly, and strongly recommended self-help book.

It was a "simple read" and easy to understand. I have read many of self help books and I wish I would have started with this one!
The "how to" in this book is not filled with "Guru theories", but real life approaches to obtaining a paradigm shift in understanding how "you" relate to the world.
This book is a must read! Im glad I found it!
This book helped me to understand alot of simple assumptions I made every day actually led to the experiences that I "myself" created. Not the world, not anyone else.
This book pointed out, My own self judgements are the most empowering.
I wasnt aware how hard I was on myself, mostly because what I believed about myself through "others opinions" & "lifes lessons."
Once I realized that "I" made the wounds that hurt me most and "I" held the power to deflect those "self inflicted" wounds, because those hurt the most & harder to heal.
