The subjects are wide-ranging, often involving jazz or baseball, therefore the specifics might make this poetry somewhat inacessible to readers. But Lazer is a craftsman with sounds and shapes of words, and the combinations achieved are impressive.
Additionally, this book is a good example of modern poetry that is easily studiable and discussable.
