I purchased this book at a garage sale because the title appealed to me. When I started reading it I was amazed by the common sense of it all. You might think that the "handling people" has negative connotations, but actually it is about getting along with people and enjoying people. Everything in here is what you would expect to read but it is presented in a clear way with MANY examples to help you put the skills to work for you. I plan to read a chapter each morning (there are only about 15 pages in each chapter) to keep all the ideas fresh. This book is invaluable.
