My Brother Didn't Make Me Do It
There is not much stuff related to the title and I actually think Julie's brother is nice.

I am although happy when I read the ending and I do give it five stars. If we could give one to ten stars, it would be ten.

Julie is concentrating on other things, not her brother. And one including JRA. It's a disease that makes her bones hurt and now she has to take pills.

I will want everyone to read it, especially people who have JRA.

My Brother Made Me Do It
This was a touching, funny book. The story is told through letters.
The book was about a girl named Julie who has JRA. She corresponds with her new pen pal, Mrs.Kaplan who helps her through hard times. Despite her JRA, Julie works hard, and in the end, she wins in a way.

This story shows what any kid with JRA can go through and what they can do.

My Favorite Book in the Universe
This book is really funny, but at the end it is very sad. I cried when I read this book. It is about a girl named Julie who has JRA. Julie's pen pal also has arthritis, and she is very wise. Julie's brother, Frankie, talks her into doing things that she knows she'll get in trouble for doing, but he also loves her very much, and at the end of the story, he is very helpful and kind to Julie. This is my favorite book of all time. You should read this book. I think it is a very important book.

The Best Book!!!!!!!!!
Nightmare Mountain by Peg Kehret, is a great book. It is a mystery that could really come true.
It is about a girl who goes and visits her aunt, uncle, and cousin. She finds out that her cousin hates her, her aunt goes to the hospital(uncle stays with aunt), and someone steals their animals.
The parts I liked best in the book were the shocking parts. Another one of my favorite parts is when Molly accidently breaks her cousin's model ship. This is a really great book.
I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good mystery.

What does he want from me?
I definitely reccomend this book to anyone that likes adventure! If you need a good book, this is a good choice! Molly goes to her Aunt and Uncle's house because her mother is off on a business trip. Her cousin, Glendon, strongly dislikes Molly because she reminds her too much of Gladys, Glendon's twin sister, who no longer lives with them, but lives with their real mother. Glendon hated Gladys because their mother treated her like an angel and didn't pay any attention to him whatsoever. A man, uncle Phil's brother, takes advantage of the llamas when aunt Karen is rushed to the hospital in the middle of the night. The man stole their favorite llama, Merrylegs, and quickly took off. Molly goes to the top of the hill where the llamas are stored and meets the man up there. Will she return back in one piece? Read this book at your local library to find out! Enjoy!!

Are they trying to kill me or is it just an accedent?
Have you ever thought that you were being followed, or that dream that someone was coming up behind you, but then you wake up? Well Molly Neuman has had this exerience but not in a dream. Molly is on vacation at her aunt and uncle's llama ranch in Washington. Her cousin Glendon doesn't want anything to do with her, but a tragity strikes the ranch, so Molly and Glendon need to work together to save themselves. A llama theif takes them up to the top of a mountain and trigers a avalanche. Now Molly has to save her cousin befor the avalanche gets to her. This book is exciting for people all ages! I would definently recomend this to anyone who likes adventure and mystory stories!

Stepping into friendships
Small steps: The Year I Got Polio is an extraordinary book by Peg Kehret. This non-fiction book tells the true story of Pegs struggle to overcome polio. Suddenly at age twelve Peg is paralyzed from the neck down. With the wide spread rumors of what polio is Peg starts out with little hope to survive, let alone to overcome this disease. After the diagnosis is confirmed Peg is brought to a hospital over one hundred miles away from her home. At first Peg is overcome with a fear that can hardly be comforted by her parents and her older brother. After starting out in a hospital designed strictly for polio patients with severe cases, Peg is suddenly moved to THE SHELTERING ARMS (a hospital for polio patients who may have a chance to survive and rehabilitate), there Peg not only gains strength from herself but also from her new roommates and doctors. It is from her new roommates at The Sheltering Arms that she learns what friendship is really about.
This book is a wonderful book that expresses the author's true thoughts and emotions in such a way that you can't stop reading because you don't know what Peg will be thinking next.

The Very Best
This book is about two girls that really think they know each other, but they're not sure. Then one girl goes to a place in the library and finds out that they were sisters long ago. So the sisters meet at the restaurant and tell each other, but the other thinks she's crazy. So she wants to stop thinking about it, but she can't.
I love this book so much that my mom had to drag me to bed. The book was the first thing that popped into my head. I know that I'm bragging, but this book is great! I think it's the best book I've ever read. If you think you've read the best, then take that back and read Sisters, Long Ago.

Sisters, Long Ago Review
Sisters, Long Ago is a wonderful novel by Peg Kehret. Willow, a teenager with a sister struggling through lukemia, has strange dreams of her past self and begins to take them seriously. Sisters, Long Ago kept me interested until the very end and I recommend it to readers of all age. The story is much deeper than reincarnation; it's about accepting people for who they are, learning and growing up, and much much more. You don't know how good it is until you read it!

Amazing
I bought this book when it was first published, and it served as my first real exposure to reincarnation. The book is very intriguing and covers the topic in a realistic way: reincarnation workshops, skeptics, dreams, etc. The sub plots also keep you reading until the last page. This book literally opened up new worlds to me, and I hope it does the same for you!

Good Book
I thought this was a good book. Until I got to the ending. I thought it was a dissapointing ending! If I could rewrite this book, I would change the ending so it's more exciting. The characters are cool. It's about a boy who wants to find his dad who work's in Candlestick Park (now 3com park) Or so he thinks. On his trip from Seattle to California, he runs into all kinds of obstacles. He has to find food, money, and his cat foxy, who runs away in a place that he's never been to before. I loved the book! I reccomend it to anyone who likes Baseball or if you've ever run away!

Searching for Candlestick Park
This book is about a boy named Spencer that is 12 years old. He had to move to Seattle with his mom to his Aunts house because his mom wasn't paying the rent.He has a cat that he brings but his aunt doesn't like the cat so Spencer runs away from home to go and find his dad in San Francisco. His dad is a big Giants fan. Spencer finds his dad but Spencer can't live with him because now his dad has a girl friend and there is not enough room for all of them. So Spencers dad buys him an airplane ticket to go home and now Spencer and his mom moved back to there old house because now they have enough money. This is a very good book!

An exciting runaway story with a happy ending!
At first I was bothered that Spencer was lying and stealing to run away from his aunt's Seattle area home, where he was living with his mother, so he could search for his father in San Francisco. But once I realized that he was keeping a list of all the things he "borrowed" from people so he could pay them back, I relaxed and found myself getting involved in this bicycle/hitch-hike/bus ride adventure. While it's easy to get the impression that "Searching for Candlestick Park" glamorizes running away, in the end it serves as a warning for how dangerous this can be.

We added this book to our school library at the insistent request of a sixth grader who had read it in another school. After we acquired several copies, it was constantly checked out, including one copy that this same boy read at least two more times!

Another good "on the road" adventure with a happy ending is "Bud, Not Buddy." Enjoy.

shelter dogs
Zorro,Tracker,Kirby,Joey,These are a few of the amazing dogs I read about in Peg Kehrets book called Shelter dogs . Amazing storys of adopted stays. This book will take your heart away when you read how these dogs survide there tragical lives. This story is about dogs that were given to the Humane Society because the owners cn't take good care of them.

I liked this book because it taught lessons on responsibility, trust, and courage. I would recommend this book to others because if you're a dog lover you'll like it. It teaches good lessons about being nice to animals. My favorite story was about a dog named Zorro. Zorro was a very big dog with a lot of energy. He had something called kennel cough. Zorro was a very loving and caring dog and thats what I liked.

Shelter Dogs: Amazing Stories of Adopted Strays
Shelter Dogs: Amazing Stories of Adopted Strays is the coolest book ever. I checked it out of my school library tons of times, and I read Shelter Dogs: Amazing Stories of Adopted Strays about 5 or 6 times and it got better each time. This book is a really easy book to read, but it is really sad too. I know these are true stories, but if you would go to the humane society you probilty will not get as good of a dog as these people did, in the book so I think Peg Kehret should have put at least one dog in her book that was not as good. But it was still a great book.

Shelter Dogs Amazing Stories of Adopted Strays
If you like to read books about dogs, this book would be great for you! This book has eight stories about amazing dogs, who have gone to the animal shelter and have been adopted. One dog was kept in a locked house, because his owner had died in the hopsital and the dog was forgotten. Then someone found him and brought him to the shelter. The dog wouldn't let anyone touch him, open his kennel or do anything with him. One day a helper at the shelter, asked the dog "do you want to go for a walk?" - ever since then the dog has been nice to everyone. I'm sure that if you like to read about dogs, this book would be great for you.
