The Unofficial Guide To Smart Nutrition
The book I always wanted Ross because no one else would-- could, this book serves as a starting point for anyone who wants to stay healthy, energetic, rightfull youthful & lithe. Offering the first "cell's eye view" of what the body needs and how to eat for those requirements without compliction and without spillover to body fat, as a former model I was grateful for Dr. Hall's unique insight. Now a results oriented energy specialist in sports, I know there's no way to trade fat for winning endurance without superb maintenance of health-- easy when you learn how to select food for a positive impact on cell machinery as this book explains.

probably best nutrition book in past few years
This was an excellent and comprehensive book on nutrition. It is written and reviewed by reputable sources. It covers all important areas of nutrition such as supplements, vitamins, minerals, fat, sugar, diets, sports nutrition, and how to avoid diseases like cancer, heart disease, etc. It includes a lot of practical information like how to buy nutritious foods at the store, how to read labels, how to cook nutritiously, and how to eat-out nutritiously. I found this book very well written and very understandable. I reviewed many of the nutrition books released in the last few years, and I think this is definately one of the best, if not the best.
