Wonderful book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought this to read to my kindergarten class, and they loved it. It really does teach us to enjoy the little things. Thanks for writing a great book!!

Great book for all ages
This book deals with a potentially sensitive subject, sickness, in a very age-appropriate way. And gives a way for someone of any age to make things better - a smile. Highly recommend this book to readers of any age.

wow
This book is wonderfully written and beautiful illustrated. It's great for both the child and adult alike... it not only helps bring smiles into our home, but it reminds us at work that laughter is key. We definitely recommend this book to anyone with children. We hope that Michael Haas will write more.

I met the author Col (ret) Michael Haas
Had an opportunity to listen to a briefing from Col Haas just yesterday. All I can say is he was absolutely fascinating. I have not had the pleasure of reading In the Devil's Shadow, but I am reading another book by Col Haas titled, Apollo's Warriors, a history of Air Force Special Operations during the Cold War. Col Haas is the real deal and loves writing about his special operations brothers. If the Devil's Shadow is a reflection of the author or his other works, then I would recommend it fully.

Information long hidden
This work is a must for those interested in Military History, especially the history of American Special Operations or in the Korean War. Col. Haas has written an easy to read, exceedinly well researched, well documented book which details the success and failure of special and partisan operations during the Korean War including those of the Central Intelligence Agency. The list of CIA documents alone, which Col. Haas obtained against all odds, makes this book worth obtaining. Without a doubt, it is the best book on Korean War special operations ever published.

Noah's Ark

A lot of fun, very interactive, grandchildren love it
Noah's Ark is one of the first books my grandchildren grab when they come to visit. They love the way the rhymes sound, and love pushing the buttons (this is one of those books that the kids push the sound buttons as you read it). It's very clever, and Noah is portrayed as a fun loving animal lover. He goes up in a tree to get the bears and has tea with them, he goes to gather mountain goats and they trim his beard. The drawings are whimsical, the story is very humorous, but the ending still pays reverence to Noah. It's a fun good humor book, perfect for 2-5 year olds. They love the story, they love the sounds, you'll love their smiles.

Passport's Illustrated Guide to Egypt (Passport's Illustrated Guides)

In our hand for the entire week!
Just returned from a week in Egypt. This guide book gave our family all the necessary info and trivia to enjoy Ancient and Modern Egypt. From Luxor and the Valley of the Kings to Aswan Dam, we learned more from Passport's than our tourguides. In Cairo, the maps helped with our navigation. Small and compact yet informative. Truely the only book that was in our hands the entire week. THANKS!
