"Make It Easy Make It Light" helped me loose forty pounds after the birth of my daughter almost twenty years ago.

The book was a great inspiration to me and encouraged me to continue my search for good, low-fat recipes. The recipes in this book are good for the most part, but not haute cuisine of the lean set.

I highly recomend this book to get you started on the road to healthier eating.

I have tried at least 10 recipes from this cookbook and all of them have been excellent. What I like about these recipes are that they are great for company because they can be made easily and served very elegantly.

This cookbook is packed with creative healthy recipes that are easy and quick to cook. Unlike most cookbooks in the "quick & easy" category, these recipes are good enough to serve to company! Each recipe specifies servings, calories, preparation and cooking time. Each is accompanied by suggestions for accompaniments and variations that are superb. The introduction to the cookbook covers how to switch to a lighter diet and what cooking utensils and larder items you should have on hand. I've given this cookbook to my mother, my sister and friends, all of whom LOVE the cookbook. NEED I SAY MORE?
