After reading Shakti's "Living In The Light", and being totally reborn by it, I eagerly ordered this tape with the hope that it would help me learn to meditate successfully. I had tried other tapes, as well as tried on my own, with awful results.

WHAT A WONDERFUL, UNEXPECTED BLESSING!! I got powerful results right away. After struggling with smoking for 28 years, and trying every method under the sun, I stopped cold turkey after listening to Side B of this tape morning and night, and visualizing after just 3 weeks. That was 5 years ago!!

Shakti's voice is warm and reassuring, and I've used this tape to manifest many other things in my life. I give it to others as a gift all the time, and I highly recommend it if you'd like a strong model on which to pattern your own meditations.

This is my first guided meditation with a tape, and it (surprisingly) really worked for me! Usually, I have trouble thinking too much to sit still, so this really helped with that. I got this on audible to listen to my mp3 player, but I'm going to get this for friends and family.

I'm fairly new at meditation and needed some guidance. Shakti Gawain's Creative Visualization Meditations cassette tape has been a very good way for me to get on track. She offers several types of meditations, from relaxation to visualization - I've enjoyed them all so far. Highly recommended!

Great book, great techniques. Imagine yourself buying this book and do it!
I thought I was happy but after reading this book I guess I was mistaken. I never imagined a better life. Such as more money, bigger TV, DVD player, bigger house, nicer clothes, etc. You get the idea, the important things in life. Well not any more, not after reading this book and doing the exercises. Now my imagination knows no bounds. Why it's like an imagination with...um...er...it's like an imagination with out any bounds. Now I see my self at work and instead of my same old outlook I now look at things differently. It's like um...er...well kind of like looking at things with more imagination and stuff. It's GREAT, no really, I really mean it. Everything is just GREAT. REALLY I keep telling myself things are great so they must be.

If you ever wondered about life, If you ever wanted help but did not know where to begin, then begin with this book. It will open opportunities and heal wounds you never knew you had.

A truly enlightening book that gave me a feeling of being.

I found that what I was reading was slowly changing me into a better person. With each day passing I felt more rewarded and comfortable with what ever direction my life was heading, simply because 'CV' gives you satisfaction, desire, acceptance and a balance to know who u are and be exactly what u want! As I read through the book and did the meditations not only was my life changing for the better but everyone's around me has become a balance of happiness and success. I

My intuition is growing stronger with each day and i love and appreciate everything and everyone life has to offer. Learning the art of using your imagination to get what you want in life has shown me that what I desire and want out of life is not going to happen one day but an actual fact already manifested in my wonderful life!

I've had this book since I was in college and I still find it to give me a lift- It's a classic for personal growth and for all of us who seek to live the best life we can.

Given to me as a gift, this book changed (for the best!) my outlook on life. Since reading this book, I've become a fan of the author and and most everything I've read from her so far. This book really does make you realize how important your outlook is on yourself, the world around you, and how you can change it for the better.

As a biofeedback therapist teaching relaxation techniques this is one of my first books on the subjects. Almost all the techniques from seated yoga to music therapy to proper nutrition and aromatic oils, I have used in my therapies. They all worked. I really liked the product list of relaxation technologies at the end almost like the consumer reports of mind expansion.

This book made me glad to be a woman. In so many ways our society says women are defective. This book is a wonderful collection of essays by some of the brightest, most articulate women. It has wonderful language from so many authors affirming women and affirming how we can change the world. I particularly enjoyed Cheri Huber, Riane Eisler, Brooke Medicine Eagle, Barbara Marx Hubbard, and all the authors have something important to say. The listing of on-line resources is terrific. The book is very optimistic (and the on-line resources even more so) about the possibility of creating a good future.

Before I read this book, I was afraid to speak my piece of mind with anyone. I kept everything to myself. This book helped me to realize that I have an inner being that can speak to me whenever I need answers to questions. It helped me to listen to my intuition, which was really hard to do at first. I thought I would make alot of mistakes, but so far I have only grown. I have learned to share and express my feelings inside of myself that need to be told. I can now do this without worrying about hurting people's feelings by sharing how I fell. I no longer hold anything in. This book helped me achieve oneness with myself. I never really loved myself, and I saw nothing in loving myself. Now I know you must love yourself to become a channel to the universe. It also taught me how to be a mirror to my children. Being a mirror to my children helps them to become an open channel for success and power and creativity. I also learned that any anger I had inside of me c! ould be transformed into something positive. I never thought that I could do that. This book and this author Shakti Gawain has changed my life dramatically. B.T.W., I love how you chose your new name identity Shakti. I will now read everything she has written.

This is such a great book...Get it!! Shakti channels very clear thoughts and information, and she articulates what is already in your heart! Let the miracles begin!

Great books have a ring of truth to them. As you read, you can feel the truth resonating in your soul. Neale does a superb job of letting Spirit flow thru him into our hearts and minds. If you haven't read any of the CWG books, I recommend that you give them a chance. As to which, I have trouble distinguishing. It's like asking me which was my favorite time connecting with someone I love.

I have been on several journies in my lifetime, most of them have been bitter experiences. I have been asking questions about my existence and reasons for being in this universe. I have questioned the authority of the church and christianity in my life and the lives of others.

I am an African, and I have witnessed different spiritual powers and and different ways of worshipping and interacting with God. I have spoken with the dead aand it is for real!

Finally, I was in a bookstore in Holland ono faithful afternoon,very depressed and asking God why I have to go through so much hardship in my life, when I accidentally stumbled onto this great book. It has really changed my life. I believe that something propelled me towards this book. I believe that God has finally aanswered my call. I also believe that I deserve to have this great revealation because I have chosen to know the truth. However, I have finally realised that religion is jusst a vehicle used by people to gratify there selfish needs. I have since been living in peace.

This book will keep gravitating to those who are ready for it and no church nor authority in this universe can stop the intensity the message is radiating all over the world.

in reading the first book of conversations with God it brought the realization to my inner self that we do have freedom of choice and why would God interfere with that choice. The book was so simple in the writings and yet right to the point. It reveals all the questions that people do have. It opens up our thoughts to realize that other persons experiences are given to us and if we do not do it their way than we are wrong. The book was right when it said that there is no right and there is no wrong who are we to judge others. Very good conversation, the truth is the truth and I am looking forward to reading the other books that have come out. Someone gave me this book as a gift to me and what a gift it has been.
