Excellent Story
Jim De shares an exciting tale of two life-long pals whose relationship takes a turn for the worse. This book brings back memories of our own lives, as children, and reevaluates our committment to our own childhood friends. Great book, great read! Pick it up!

Duck Alley was great
I thought the book was amazing. The characters were so real and the plot kept you on the edge of your seat! It had plenty of laughs also, many of which reminded me of my own childhood. I highly recommend this book.

A really moving book.
This is really a good book. The characters are all so real, you can feel them. It is a vehicle that brings you into the most intimate world of men and how they feel about themselves and each other. It grabs you until the very end, which comes with a jolt. You are made to see that people are not always what they seem, even those you thought you knew inside and out. This book leaves you with moist eyes and disappointment that it has to come to an end.

Real stories about police work
I loved reading this book because I always wondered what being a police officer was like. The stories in Cop Tales 2000 made me feel as though I was right there on the street with the cops. If you want to read about what real cops do, this is the book! I highly recommend it.

J Briant
An Outstanding collection of Stories associated with the world of Law Enforcement, crafted by Authors that have lived the experience of the world of COPS. It is a must read. It brings you incidents of the real world that we all exist in. I read them twice. Read Cop Tales 2000, you'll love it. Fascinating.

Don't bother with this book
This was one bad book. I've never come across one so hard to read. The author knows nothing about grammar and it's impossible to track what he means to write. I got 3/4 of the way through before I went out in a snowstorm to get a better book.

One highly original novel--it'll knock your socks off!
BLOOD SUGAR is a highly original novel: the language is tough, witty and lyrical; these Italian-American characters speak, laugh and shout aloud in the reader's ear. One can just hear Cher and Sonny Bono in the roles of the gorgeous Audrey and the tormented, lovable Joe LaLuna. And the plot: what an ending! Wholly unpredictable! DeFilippi is one brilliant writer. This novel should go to Hollywood. It should go to the moon!
