STREAMS OF BLESSINGS
This tape deserves 7 stars because it is so very effective. The first part consists of John Price talking about money and your attitude to it, explaining some basic concepts and blowing away the error-thought one often has about money and prosperity in general. He then explains how to use the statements that follow over a 40-day period: there are 10 statements to be used in succession and repeated for four 10-day periods, in other words, one statement per day. This statement for the day can be written down, repeated and meditated upon. The gist of it is that God/The Infinite Spirit IS abundance and wishes to express itself as abundance through the individual. If one has no metaphysical knowledge, the statements might appear strange at first but there's no denying that they work. Following the statements there is a meditation that incorporates the complete message of the statements and finally some more points to ease the flow of abundance into your life (e.g. by cultivating an attitude of giving). Price has a very engaging and reassuring voice that ensures a very pleasant listening experience every time. If you experience any type of lack in your life, follow this program and you'll be amazed by the results. Do not allow your own doubt, worry or cynicism to dismiss this great blessing -- whether you believe it or not, it will work. Sooner or later, depending on the state of your consciousness when you start the program. And best of all, the result is not restricted to money but encompasses abundance in all areas of your life. I sincerely wish that all people who currently experience lack may discover this tape and reap the rich harvest of blessings. God bless you all.

A Womens Guide to Natural Hormones
This book is a must for any women entering menopause or any one that is suffering from surgical menopause. I have followed her advice and am now symptom free and I wish I could have had this book before my surgery. It is easy to read and the education is well worth the price of the book. I find this book very helpful
and I have read it several times. She has another book called Natural Womean,Natural Menopause and this book goes into greater detail and is also easy to read.
Thanks Christine Conrad for writing these books for all of us women suffering from Provera or Premarin side effects.

Extemely user-friendly
As a mom of 3 young ones under age 11, I am always looking for things to do to avoid the "mom, were boorrreeeddd!" problem. I found this book at first at my local library and was so impressed I thought "I HAVE to have it!"

The authors have broken California down into the following areas: Central Coast, Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, The Inland Empire and Beyond, The Deserts, and San Diego County. At the end of each section is a monthly guide to events; seasonal events that happen regularly. Addresses, phone numbers, minimal directions and often times web sites are provided for ease of travel. They also include admission prices as well as suggestions for good family oriented restaurants.

As a resident of the Inland Empire, I was impressed with the coverage of both well-known and much lesser known places and things to do. This is my kind of guide: easy to follow, great index in back and a good price. I can't wait to hop in the car and go!

I loved this.
This book is unlike anything I have ever seen. Its a unique piece of work that is scripted by poerty lines, and is an enlightening and informing read. I loved the lines of poetry, and the quotes and the guide the author takes you on. My opinion, a masterpiece!

Dark, disturbing. Yet culturally significant.
I heard about this book several months ago and it peaked my interest. So I ordered it last week and read it throughly. It is a weird piece of literature that is like from another dimension or something. The words are heavy and thoughtful. Yet the whole thing is like a deep poetic glimpse of the end times, and beyond. This books was made to be sacred, and it truly is. Its like discovering stone henge for the first time!

Out of the mind wierd.
Wierd yet strangely odd and beautiful. Like the mythological ride of the words and poetry. This book has a dark grace to it. Fabulous work all around, very deep. Its like the author detaches himself from his mind to bring back crazy words and ideas.

The Hardest Day: Battle of Britain, August 18, 1940

Dramatic slice of wwII history
The entire book is devoted to telling the story of only one day during the battle of Britain. August the 18th is the date of the highest actual losses for both sides (not the highest claimed losses as was the case on september 15th). This book is so well written I can recommend it to anyone with even the most passing interest in WWII. Alfred Price, has a definite talent for distilling military operational detail into everyday language, and the historical detail is presented in a thoroughly engrossing way. I have read many books written almost exclusively from the historian's point of view and have enjoyed them very much, but for me there's no substitute for hearing from the participants in their own words. From top brass to civilians, from airfeild personnel to aircrews on both sides, this book creates, at times, a minute by minute experience of that day's events. My only complaint (and it's a small one) is the overall pacing. The first couple of chapters or so necesarily set the stage. The next chapters deal effectively with the attacks, but as the chapters progress, the action, and therefore the suspense, steadily dwindles. But while the book is hitting its stride it is just about impossible to put down! Highly recommended.

Special Selections from MODERN Revelation
In addition to "The Book of Mormon" and "The Doctrine and Covenants," "The Pearl of Great Price" caps Joseph Smith's work of restoration. The PGP contains matrial from his inspired translation and revision of the Bible--the Book of Moses; and the translation of the Book of Abraham from the Egyptian papyri; and a selection from his translation of Matthew 24; a breff narration of Joseph Smith's First Vision and history; and ends with the Thirteen Articles of Faith. The PGP is an independant witness of Joseph Smith's work as a prophet and a restorer of the true Christianity.

Five Stars for DAY LECLAIRE's story only!
**Debbie Macomber's okay, I've read a few of her books but nothing memorable really stands out. This Rainy Day Kisses is another example of a boring read. I give it 1 star. Some readers must not realize that there are books out there that are very interesting, very romantic, and offer a decent plot. Fans of DM would probably appreciate better work from her.

**The Bride Price by Day Leclaire is an outstanding story, though it's too short! It was obvious Gideon and Piper were truly in love. One could almost feel the pain these two suffered in the past. He's handsome and she's lovely, which only adds to their appeal. The plot holds your interest, with a little humor thrown in. A real page turner you won't want to put down!

Great!
I've read all of Janette Oke's books and loved them all! I've also read the other books written by her and T. Davis Bunn. This is definitely the best collaberation of the two authors. The story took a little while to get moving, but once it did, I couldn't put it down. I can't wait to read the sequel. Definitely a must read.

The Meeting Place is one of my favorites yet!
Janette Oke and T. Davis Bunn did an excellent job writing The Meeting Place. They kept me guess throughout the book. It is truely one of their best works yet. I loved the story of these two young women whose hearts were knit together by God's love. It is an accurrate account of how racism and hatred hurts those who are innocent. I can't wait to read the sequel to see how the story unfolds.

The best I've read by Oke and Bunn!
Although I love Janette Oke, I've never been a big fan of her books written with Bunn until now. The Meeting Place is a wonderful story of God's love overcoming cultural differences and prejudices. As Englishwoman Catherine makes friends with the Frenchwoman Louisa, the French and Indian war looms around them, and Catherine's beloved husband Andrew is an officer of the King's Army. Knowing that they are supposed to be mortal enemies does not affect the growing relationship between Catherine and Louisa until the Acadians are told that they must leave Acadia (now Nova Scotia). After meeting Louisa and her husband and extended family, Andrew realizes that he cannot participate in the upcoming war, and risks his career and his family's well-being to take his unpopular stand. In a plot twist that will keep you riveted, the two families are separated, but a slender thread remains between them that will keep you anxiously awaiting the sequel. The Meeting Place is a wonderful story of God's love and faith that crosses all languages and nationalities.

Intresting, typical, fast, and easy book to read =)
This book was a pretty typical book where the popular jock (Dennis) ends up getting with the looser girl (Johanna) who isn't to pretty. But the book has a twist; Dennis only tries to get with her to try to kill the teacher he mortifies. I don't believe it's the best book I have ever read but it didn't put me to sleep.

Not the best
I don't think this is the best R.L. Stine book he has written. It is so predictable! Even tho it's predictable (2 me n e ways) it's an ok book 2 read...not the best but it's ok!!

book for a horror starter
This was the first fear street book I read.I was quite upset about the ending because I like books with twists! Things you'd never suspect to happen its kinda hard to tell you if this book had one I guess you could say it had a small one but not a adventurous twist! But if you just starting out I would recommend this book for you!
