This is the first book on nutrition I ever read, back in 1978, and it changed my whole life. It was the book that really got through to me the fact that how I felt, emotionally, was *directly linked* to what I ate. A must read if you're interested in nutrition, and even more of a must read if you're a junk food junkie -- and also have emotional and/or mental problems. Your brain chemistry is dependant on the food you eat. Believe it.

as i said in thereview headline above this is an amazing collection of a real science that shows without doubt that this remarcable vitamin c is a real healer for the human body. dr.cheraskin is very expirienced with the use of the vitamin, and the studies that shown in this book are very interesting and easy to read and understand, i am highly recommand it.

For anyone serious about the use of Vitamin C in everyday health issues this book is a must have.In a language that even a simpleton could understand this book will either leave you rushing to the health store for your first bottle of vitamin C or reinforce your already smug attitude on the use of vitamin C.
