A great book!
I purchased this book for my library and read it regularly during my storytimes to pre-schoolers. I have also read it to the kids during the Summer Fun program. The story lends itself very well to reading aloud and is a very entertaining book for all ages. I enjoy it so much, I've decided to buy a personal copy.

ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS
I bought Minnie & Moo go to the Moon for my 4-year old daughter. While reading it to her, I laughed so hard I could hardly continue the book. It's a great story for children and adults alike. I liked it so much I went back and bought 5 more copies to send to family & friends to read. My office mates even bought copies for themselves. A wonderful hilarious story.

Minnie and Moo Go to the Moon
My children love this book. We have checked it out from the library so many times I figured I might as well buy it. The cows are so loveable and the story even appeals to adults.

Never Spit On Your Shoes
My children (ages 2 1/2 to 7) love this book and request it's reading every day (sometimes more than once in a day!). The author has definitely had a Kindergarten to First Grader and knows first hand what their transition is like. Everytime we read it, we see something new and funny. It it a very funny book, and whether you're a kid or a parent, it's a must read.

Never Spit on Your Shoes
'Never Spit on Your Shoes' is about Arnie,a dog, and his first day of first grade. It is so funny. Parents can get a inside look at what the first day of school is really like. Very Cute! If you like this story, you should read, "Are There Any Questions?' by Denys Cazets.

Never Spit on Your Shoes
If you are a first grade teacher you will just love this book. Everything about it is so true. From the time the kids walk in the door they are asking, "Is it time for lunch? When do we play? Is it time to go home?...). This is great! Get it! Share it! Enjoy it!

Hilarious!
The Minnie and Moo books are some of the funniest I've ever read. I'm 48 and my daughter is 8, and I don't know who enjoys them more! We quote them all the time, and, after reading the library's copies, we're buying our own so we can always have them around to share the laughter. Thank you, Denys Cazet!

We Could be Heroes--Just for One Day
This is a zany, beautifully illustrated children's book that will have most adults laughing as well.

Minnie and Moo are two cows whose main gift is the ability to give a gallon of milk each day. But Moo, wanting more, and inspired by a book of heroes called "The Musk of Zorro," persuades Minnie that they should and could be heroes. They take their cues from a misread "Zorro" book (or a version written just for cows): "Who was 'Zorro'?" Minnie asked. "A famous bull," said Moo. "...he dressed in black and scared away the bad guys with a sword...he marked their shoots with the letter Z." "I'll bet that scared then," said Minnie. [Get ready for punch line:] "That, and the smell, said Moo. The musk of Zorro put fear in their hearts."

So, armed with salvaged costumes. A sword attached to lipstick (to the notorious "Z" on the bad guys), and some deodorant substituting for the musk of Zorro, our two bovine heroines courageously and mistakenly battle a chicken (they thought it was "a fox"), and some pajamas hanging to dry ("bad guys"). While the ending is a little week, it conveys books' potential for imaginative adventure. With 48 pages, colorful illustrations, and two loveable cows featured in other Dorling Kindersley books. Recommended by DK for grades 1-3, this is a very funny book.

We need more heroes like these!
After reading one too many books out in the fields, two cows allow their imaginations to get the best of them in this hysterical romp through the barnyard. Moo convinces Minnie that their farm is in need of some heroes, so the two bovines assume "exotic" names and, with the help of an old lipstick and a can of underarm deodorant, set out to save the world. Bright pencil and watercolor illustrations capture the cows as they liberate the chickens from the rooster, and save the world from the farmer's long underwear. Meanwhile they start a feud between the farmer's wife and her neighbor. The latest installment in the Minnie and Moo series is, like its predecessors, a wildly funny look at the misadventures of two overly imaginative bovines. This is a great addition to the early reader library for high-interest, low-level readers and others who will laugh out loud at the story and illustrations by award-winning author Cazet.

What bedtime is really about
This book looks at the humor involved in putting one's child to bed. A father attempts to put his child to bed all the while making up an amusing story. The child takes the made up tale to new hights and every word becomes a suggestion. It is a fairly short story so it keeps everyone entertained for just the right length of time. It is also a story that is written to delight the both the child and the parent. My child loved this book like no other.

Minnie and Moo and the Thanksgiving Tree
This humourous and clever Thanksgiving tale leaves you chuckling about another cow mishap!! My preschool and early elementary children are valiant followers of Minnie and Moo. So when almost all the animals on the farm end up in a most unpredictable place, the kids read fast to the finish line to see how the cows will resolve the mess they cook up. It's delightful and does the trick to entrance my kids to read a good story more than once.

Minnie and Moo Go To Paris
Yes, this is a children's book, but then again, it isn't. I dare any person who calls themselves a grown-up to read any of the "Minnie and Moo" books and not get the urge to laugh out loud. Go ahead, though, and find a kid to read it to if you're too self-conscious to laugh out loud by yourself. There are plenty of opportunities to use your scary voices, animal noises and bus-driving-through-a-carwash sounds. Oh, yeah, and kids will love it, too.

Fun to read!
This is such a lighthearted, fun book to read. It's the kind of book that never seems to get put away. The pages are filled with silly pictures so everytime it's read, you discover something new that you didn't see before. This is one of my favorite children's books.

My 4 year old loved this book!
My 4 year old daughter picked out this book on her own at thelibrary and ever since we have been fans of Denys Cazet! As a parent,I love the way the illustrations show what is going on "behind the scenes" of the story told by first-grader Arnie of his first field trip to the aquarium. My daughter especially enjoyed the character who spoke in Spanish throughout the book. Even now, months after we last read it, just mentioning some of her favorite lines (such as "squeeze a whale juiceless") can send her into gales of laughter. This is definitely one we plan to purchase for our home library. END

Are There Any Questions-- by: Denys Cazet
This book is a very humerous account of a first grade field trip to the aquarium. Arnie tells his mother all about the field trip, but instead of just leaving the story at Arnie's point of view, the author expands the story using little speech bubbles to clue you in on what really happened. My personal favorite character was the Spanish-speaking Carmelo Ramirez. This book was all out funny, and I would recommend it to anyone, of any age to read.
