If one picture is worth a thousand words, then this book is worth sixty two thousands words to describe the surreal photographs. Definitely not enough room here to convey what I think is a remarkable look at cemeteries in and around New Orleans. William Greiner is a genius with a camera,who has taken the cemetery photograph and made it into a haunting, beautiful work of art.

Aquinas On Creation is a fascinating introduction to St. Thomas's philosophy of the begining of time (creation). Though I disagree with Aquinas on almost every possible point, his arguments are valid and good. Additionally, professors William Carroll and Steven Baldner translate Aquinas in such a way as to make him intelligable to both philosopher and layperson alike.

Can't wait to see this one. Lilla and Dworkin is like a collaboration between Ken Vandermark and Wynton Marsalis.
