This book is not easy to come by but I recently found a copy and recieved it today. I haven't seen this book since I was a child and it was a wonderful, nostalgic experience to read it again as an adult. If you can find one (and there are several used copies for sale on Amazon.com) get one. It was worth every penny. I can't wait to read it it my children like my mom read it to me.

This book is so much fun for children and adults, it is a book that you don't mind reading over and over. I still have memories of my mom reading this book to me as a child and laughing, and having the best time. If you get this book take good care of it, because you will want to share it with your children's children's children...

I used to read this book over and over as a kid. I still have it and hope my children will love it as I much as I still do. A sweet story, with beautiful illustrations. If you find yourself a copy, never let it go.

If you ever wanted to read a remarkable book that will entise your imagination. This is the book. I remember reading this book every evening as a child. Barnaby Jones and his adventure always made my mind wonder and made me think of what I could invent. If your looking to make your child's creativity shine through then this is the book for you.

I read this book along with Benjamin Dilley's Thirsty Camel and Pickel Chiffon Pie when I was little. These are the best kids books and promote imagination and fun. I would recommend these to any parent for their child. You can't go wrong with these books!

As usual, Roger Bradfield has produced a wonderful story with extremely entertaining artwork. Much like "The Flying Hockey Stick", "A Good Knight for Dragons" is fun, witty and has a terrific plot twist for kids. This particular book teaches us that being a "hero" is often a subject controlled by the audience, rather than the hero himself, who, BTW can turn out to be not more than a kind, caring and considerate person - which is not a bad thing to be if you're going to be hero.

I have only found two of Mr. Bradfields books to date, but you can bet that I'll continue to look for more. These are what children's books should be, and *my* kids will grow up enjoying them as much as I do.
