This is truly an inspired work by an inspired author. I have read Dr. Baratta's previous book, "Strengthing the United Nations', and I feel that this is a wonderful addition to his work. Dr. Baratta is without question an authority on the United Nations.

This is an excellent work on the stregthening of the United Nations System. I have had the good luck of having Dr. Baratta as my history professor at Worcester State College in Worcester, Massachusetts- the gentleman does live up to what he writes in the work, as he is a passionate admirer of the United Nations system.

So, in short, 'Strengthening the United Nations' is an excellent work for all people who are interested in the United Nations itself. He writes in a beautiful prose, reminicent of the 19th century- his sentence structure is admirable; this alone merely adds to the luster of this most wonderful work.
