I first purchased Mr. Bourie's annual book many years ago, andlook forward to each new and expanded edition of his work. He tellsyou practically everything you need to know about casino gaming, then describes the basic offerings of every casino in the country, and then provides coupons that will save you hundreds of dollars when you visit many of the casinos listed. What else could you ask for? Any casino player who doesn't purchase this book every year is missing the boat!

Like to gamble? Me too! This guide tells you where all the casinos are in the good old USA. There are maps, plus detailed city maps of Las Vegas, Tunica, Biloxi, and others. I have searched bookstores for a year looking for this book. I couldn't even remember the title, but I remember the story and wanted to read it again. I am now 32, and had it read to me often when I was little (I think when I was 6). I have a little brother 2 years younger and we both related to this book. At the time I guess I was like Anthony, even though I am female. My Mom used to encourage my brother that things would be better when he was six :-) (fat chance). "Where the wild things are" was my brother's fav and "When I'm six, i'll fix anthony" was definitely mine.

Man, that Anthony thinks he's so great, well as soon as... uhh, the other kid in the book turns six things are gonna change. Hoooaah, he's going to make little anthony his little white faced reeces monkey! Exlamatory baby!

This is a relatively small book to cover the prominent Commanders of the Allied Forces. It includes commanders from USA, UK, France, USSR, Canada and Poland, each with about 300 words of narrative describing their military career. B/W photographs and colour-plates of these commanders are also included. An interesting book to read because you can quickly get to know in brief the major military players in WW2.
