An excellant book that really gets into the mind of Reagan and America. It is well written and provides a fresh insight into the terible 80's and the Reagan Administration. It also gives us a peek into what is happening with our newest lunatic president G.W.

very short and concise book for psychiatry. covers all the high yield material for the boards.has got some good tables. the best thing about this book is it is just about 96 pages and makes it very easy to read.for step2 and step3 psychiatry this book will be of great help.

I read this book the day before starting my 3rd year psychiatry clerkship. It was amazing and made my life so much easier. You can easily read this book in an afternoon and get a great view of psychiatry as a whole. Its strength is its brevity and readability, while not sacrificing much in the way of actual content. A great book for medical students.

This book helped me do quite well on Step 2. It is both concise and relevant. It covers the essentials with review-level depth; if you're looking for a core textbook, this ain't it. Its only drawback is the price per page ratio.

This is a book about quality improvement via proven techniques of statistical experiment design. It is full of illustrative examples, with mathematical details kept to a minimum. It is an excellent source of reference for industry personnel interested in improving the performance of products and processes beyond the deployment of the usual technical (engineering) approaches.

If you are quite experienced in statistics and planned experimentation, then it would be O.K. as refresher material. The language is a little difficult to follow. I'm still looking for a more simplistic reader friendly book on this subject.

This book presents statistical techniques, mostly design of experiments, with a quality perspective. The approach is practical, with mathematical details kept to a mininum. (A person can talk about quality imporvement without invoking statistical concepts only up to a point; after that, he can only be either confusing others or deluding himself). For anyone serious about industrial process or product improvement, this is an excellent source of reference; I particularly like its large number of illustrative examples.
